An early nineteenth century transfer-printed black and white Sunderland lustre two-handled butter tub and cover, c.1820-30. The lid is decorated with two rural scenes and the base is decorated with the Forget and Forgive rhyme and the May Peace and Plenty ship print to the other. 16 cm wide. (1)Condition: Lid with three small restored rim chips, lid with four small inner rim chips.
