Make & Model:Volvo, 760 Date of Reg:E650FCF Colour:Yellow cc:6276 MoT:2025-09-11 Fuel Type:Petrol Mileage:1098 Transmission:automatic Summary:This is a Volvo with a big difference. It has been converted to a dragster although, for the last 20 years, it has been on display in the showroom of now-closed Volvo specialist C P Motors near Tamworth, Staffordshire. The 760 GLE was originally registered in January 1988 and has six registered keepers recorded on its V5C. Its odometer shows 1113 miles and its MoT is valid until September 2025. It features a 6276cc V8 engine from a Jensen Interceptor (set well back in the engine bay so the car is almost mid-engined) along with a Jensen gearbox, prop and rear axle. It runs and drives but, as it has been standing for 20 years, is likely to require a service and setting up. Its colour was changed from blue to yellow in March 2003 so it is likely that the conversion was done around this time. Paperwork includes the V5C, MoT certificates, some early 21st century invoices, timing slips from drag runs at the Shakespeare County Raceway and a rolling road print out showing 265.4bhp peak power and 286lb ft of torque.

To this day, Best is considered one of the absolute best to ever lace up their boots. Best famously led Manchester United to European Cup glory in 1968, the same season he won the Ballon d'Or. as the best European Footballer. The long-sleeved jersey features #7 sewn on back the jersey has also the "Umbro Choice Of Champions" print applied to lower hem. The jersey is signed by Best on the number. The jersey originates from a large collection of a senior Manchester United collector in the UK. The UK collector who owned this Jersey inherited it among other jerseys from his fathers collection who was a MU collector. His father got this jersey directly from Best about 42 years ago. At that time, the collectors family was living in Belfast, where his father worked as a lawyer.
