(D) CONDITION REPORT: Well presented and framed, tiny section of foxing to the mount along the lower portion and upper left, there is a vertical scratch to the left of the figures in the cart but hard to determine if this is the original or surface of the print (although upon closer inspection potential scratch appears to be printed), very slightly rippled, colours remain strong .Bears 'Tru Vue' conservation glass label verso. A small group of ceramics including cream glazed jelly mould, blue and white jug, Wedgwood 'Rustic' faience anglaise plate with cockerel and hen decoration, floral decorated print with label to reverse reading 'Old Bristol anno 1773', etc. CONDITION REPORT: All variously worn, the meat plate af as it is cracked all the way through, general surface wear, scratches, crazing, manufacturing imperfections, the Wedgwood plate has a deep scratch to the surface the floral decorated plate with losses to the decoration including several pronounced areas.

Games.- Bravin (Angelo, publisher) Il novo e piacevole gioco del pela il chiu (recto); [Roman Catholic religious calendar for 1831] (verso), recto with game board featuring four concentric ovals containing squares with dice, human figures or owls, with a crowned owl in the centre surmounting a crown resting on three dice showing sixes, instructions in Italian to each corner, engraving, on laid paper with watermark of the letters 'M A', sheet 430 x 305 mm. (16 7/8 x 12 in), a good impression with minor signs of wear, trimmed within platemark lower left, small nick to lower right corner, unframed, 18th century but reprinted in Venice, circa 1831. ⁂ 'The name of the game means 'pluck the owl'. It involved throwing three dice, identifying the place that corresponded to the throw on either the inner or the outer oval and then carrying out the written instructions. 'T' means tira that is the instruction to take the number of quattrini ('Q') indicated; 'P' means paga that is the instruction to pay out the number of quattrini indicated.
