A pair of 18th Century stipple engravings "Whip Top" and "Shuttle Cock", framed in late 18th Century pearwood frames with oval sunburst mounts. Ovals framed to the image. Both retaining printed titles verso, one retaining the publication line, published by "A. Poggi" 1788 and bearing a historic label for "Howison Carver & Gilder, Cowgate Edinburgh". It is also rare on another count, as it is the only one known which is decorated with a yellow underglaze transferred design." Good condition

A Staffordshire nursery plate, Thomas & Benjamin Godwin, Burslem, c 1830, transfer-printed in black with a boy and his dog playing with a stick, the border in relief with the alphabet, carmine bands, 13cm diam, impressed mark T & B Godwin/New Wharfe (sic), another similar, larger, The Sentinel, 18.5cm diam, pearl ware plate, probably Staffordshire, c 1820, transfer-printed in black with a boy, his dog Tippoo and verse, picked-out in polychrome, the border moulded in relief with scrolling leafy acanthus and foliage, 14cm diam, and a shaped circular nursery plate, c 1825, trasnfer-printed with a couple, their child and hound, a folly in the background, titled MY POMPEY, 15.5cm diam, (4) Provenance: Richard Dennis OBE, publisher of Gifts for Good Children: The History of Children's China, Parts I & II: 1790-1890, & 1890-1990 (Ilminster, 1991 & 2006) Each plate with surface wear and various degrees of crazing, sometimes discoloured. A large maritime albumen print, c 1903-04, Turbine Steamer - "Manxman", 22 Knots Speed, Built by Vickers, Sons & Maxim, Ltd., Naval Construction Works, Barrow-In-Furness, s.l., n.d., 45 x 61cm TSS Manxman was a turbine steamship launched in 1904 for the Midland Railway and operated between Heysham and Douglas, Isle of Man. Unexamined out of frame. Generally good condition; some small foxed spots, but displaying well overall. The glazed frame with slight wear.

One alphabet mug with starline crack, another with one or two glaze imperfections affecting the print. Cat alphabet plate with flat rim chip to verso, portion of surrounding area with highly competent restoration, displaying well. Q plate with hairline.
Ernest Howard Shepard (1879 - 1976) - A set of 4 'Winnie The Pooh' related prints of pencil sketches, depicting some of the characters from the book series. Original drawings provided by the Victoria and Albert Museum, printed and manufactured in The ECC Reflex Marketing Ltd. Featuring a printed signature and each print is framed and glazed, measuring approx. 19cm x 19cm.
Trevor Price (British, b. 1966) - 'Five Vessels' coloured etching print on hand made paper, signed and numbered 57 of 100 in pencil. Framed and glazed 38 x 37 cm (14" x 14").Trevor Price is a member of the Royal Society of Painter Printmakers (since 1991) and Vice President (2013 - 18). After Sesshū Tōyō (1420-1506) - 'Long Scroll/Landscape of Four Seasons' , black and white print c.1900, bearing three-character inscription to the osaedake as well as a section of calligraphic text at the end of the scroll, presented in a wooden box with label inscribed 'Long Roll Landscape Painting by Sesshu (original preserved in the Family of Prince Mori)', as stated the original painting resides in the Mori Museum, Yamaguchi, Japan, and is documented in the book 'Long Scroll: A Zen Landscape Journey' ( Charles E. Tuttle Co., Inc., 1959), 15 metres long; 37.8 cm wide.Toyo Sesshu's "Long Scroll" (or "Landscape of Four Seasons") is a 15-meter masterpiece of 15th-century Japanese ink painting. Depicting landscapes through the four seasons, Sesshu blends Chinese traditions with Japanese aesthetics using fluid brushstrokes and ink washes. The scroll’s depth and harmony reflect his Zen-inspired style and deep connection to nature.
