Three 17thC Swiss rectangular stained glass panels by Jacob Wegmann of Lucerne, each depicting scenes from the crucifixion, the deposition and resurection of Christ, signed and dated 1623, housed within a black painted iron frame (AF), later converted to a sliding door, the panels 48cm x 51cm, some restoration and losses, the door overall 208cm x 120cm.Provenance: By repute removed from Locksley Hall, North Lincolnshire and believed to to have been purchased from the Coombe Abbey collection, Warwickshire after the death of Lord Craven in the 1920s.
