(2) CONDITION REPORT: This has not be examined out of the frame. The condition of the print looks good. There are a few noticeable spots to the blue sky area in the upper left corner. Otherwise there doesnt appear to be areas of clear damage or staining, holes or problems to report. The mount is foxed in areas and the frame requires attention. The monochrome key to the work is not in good condition, areas of staining can be seen, the frame is falling apart and overall although the image is visible clearly enough it is in poor condition.
