Ex-dealer stock of an album containing more than 110 comic and artist-signed postcards ' and a picture frame containing 12 saucy seaside comic cards (the glass on one of the 12 frames is cracked). There are a number of artists featured in the album ' many with only one or two examples of their work, such as Cynicus, Fred Spurgin, Gilson and Nash. There are several children's cards by Kit Forres and MB Cooper (see photo). Lawson Wood is the most featured artist with approximately 15 featuring chimps in the well-known Gran-Pop Series. The cards are in mixed condition ' generally good, but some have print marks on the front or minor creasing in keeping with their age (early 1930s).
