Original cloth, dust-jackets (some minor chips and tears, some backstrips slightly faded). A group of Swansea blue and white printed pearlwares, early 19th century, comprising; a shell shaped dish printed with the `Fitzhugh' pattern, 21cm. diameter, a cheese stand printed with a similar pattern, 31cm. diameter, a tankard with a chinoiserie print, a `Ladies of Llangollen' pattern plate and a similar pierced plate. Provenance: The Rowland Williams Collection.
A 19th century hare coursing plate, with puce transfer print picked out in coloured enamels within an impressed alphabet border, another on Partridge Shooting, plus a similar exaple with mounted gentlemen in Fez hats shooting wild horses, together with a 'Diverting History of John Gilpin from and Returning Home' plate, and a 'Pretty Bird' saucer (5)

Handley', 13 cm high, together with a print of the same. *Notes It seems that whilst the business was run by his sons John Aynsley liked to maintain his skills as there is an undecorated mug in the Potteries Museum, Hanley, inscribed 'Made by John Aynsley Esq J.P. on his Eightieth Birthday December 11th 1903'
