A Victorian style mahogany extending dining table, of good size, the top having pull-out action, moulded edge and four extra drop-in leaves, each leaf with a plain frieze, the whole raised on five heavy ring turned baluster reeded supports with brass cup casters, max. dimensions d.126cm, h.75cm, w.429cm. Width between legs without leaves is 160cm.The leaves have a skirt which matches the ends of the table.Light marks and minor scratches all over the table surface and leaves.Some scuffs and marks to legs through use.Central leg is present, although we have extended the table so as to attach it.Appears solid and sturdy with and without leaves.Castors good.Please see extra images.

Iron lock chiselled with silver-inlaid spirals. Wooden, full stock (damage at the grip). Butt-plate covered with marked, silver foils, richly decorated with relieved trophies and rinceau. Also trigger guard has a trophy, floral decorations and stamp. Central part of the grip covered with wire binding. Back plate with thick, relieved rinceau. A half-moon at the bottom part, decorations similar to two barrel brackets, the second one, very long, provided with an integrated, false ramrod. These last elements in marked silver as well. length 50 cm.
