The top panel to the hood is loose, the seat board is screwed to the cheeks and the trunk door has a very slight warp. The base and plinth have paint lose and knocks. The movement could do with a clean.

A large sapphire and diamond cluster ring in 18ct white gold. The dark blue, oval mixed cut sapphire, measuring approximately 14.02mm x 11.03mm x 4.85mm (depth) has an estimated weight of 6.08 carats. The sapphire has a few loupe visible areas of hexagonal colour zoning but is free from fractures or distinct inclusions. Untested for treatment. The central stone is surrounded by 12 round brilliant cut diamonds, 11 with an estimated carat weight of approximately 0.07 carats each, with a replacement diamond of an estimated weight of 0.05 carats, to a total estimated carat weight of 0.82 carats. Please note that there are two compromised claws to the sapphire. Hallmarked for "EF" in a cross, London 1986.
