A gold finger or posy ring circa AD 1600-1700, plain shaped band with the internal description 'noe Recompence but Love' [sic], with a possible makers mark at the end of the description, diameter 19.61mm, thickness 1.26mm and weight 2.56g, ring size N. Provenance - Found by the vendor in 2020 while metal detecting on the north edge of the Wyre Forest in the Bridgnorth district of Shropshire. Recorded with H M Coroner and disclaimed.
