P Burggrub doll - slight scuffing to the face, tongue repaired? wig very worn, later arms?. Jutta doll - eyes are fixed but could be broken, slight scuffing to the face and lip, wig is very worn, body has a large crack running vertically down one leg, scuffing and wear.
A diamond three stone ring, the graduated round brilliant cut diamonds in white claw settings, to a yellow tapered shoulder plain polished shank, total estimated diamond weight 0.40 carat approximately, finger size N1/2. The ring was valued for insurance purposes in 2017 at £1100. The ring is in fair condition, one diamond is chipped. It is stamped '18CT' and 'PT' and in our opinion would test as gold and platinum. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity I1/I2/I3. Gross weight 1.5 grams. CR made 30.11.20.

A pair of cock-fighting glasses (approx. 19.5cm high)Condition Report: Both the glasses stand around 19.25cm high. One is engraved with the two cock birds fighting. The other glass has two cock birds with one on top injuring the other. The first glass has a nice ring to the bowl and appears in generally good order with no damage chips or restorations visible. Her face is round with small features, downcast eyes, a high forehead and a tiara decorates her head. Her ears are adorned with flower ear pendants. Her body is slightly tilted to the right from her waist.

Her torso and arms are decorated with lots of jewellery and chains. Her head is looking to the right side, wearing ear pendants and a five-pointed tiara enclosing her chignon.
Grey StoneNepal, 18th centuryDimensions: Height 20 cm by 12 cm Weight: 1.382 gramsDvarapala means "door/gate guardian" and is commonly armed with a gada or mace, like here. It is often found in architectural spaces all over Hindu, Buddhist, Jaina as well as Java cultures. Here the guardian is depicted in a wide stance with left knee bent standing on a lotus base. The left hand is raised with thumb and ring finger touching, while the other is holding the mace in front of his legs. The guardian is wearing a striped dhoti and a lamellar armour with fringes on the bottom. The head is adorned with a five-pointed crown and beaded top. Large circular pendants hang on the elongated earlobes. The round face resembles a human with bulging eyes but has a friendly expression. The Dvarapala is surrounded by a fiery pointed aureole. The back is flat.

The front arms are showing mudras, one with the palm facing towards us, abhaya mudra, while the other hand's ring finger is bent, slightly touching the thumb. The other hands are raised, holding two of his attributes, the Dharma Wheel and the Conch Shell. He is wearing a high, conical headdress with geometrical pattern and opulent ear pendants dangle on the sides. The face is large and friendly with open eyes and smiling lips. The back of the statue is worked with the same fine detail.

The man is wearing a short striped dhoti and a garland around the hip, armlets, necklaces, ear pendants and a conical headdress. His right hand is lifted in front of the chest holding prayer beads called mala and thumb touching ring finger. In his other hand he is holding a club or sword. His face is smiling gently. On the right, smaller frame we see a female figure with voluminous hair done up in the back, kneeling in the corner. Her face is shown in side profile and shows a distinctive nose, pointy chin, big eyes. She seems to be smiling mischievously. Above her is also an ornamental decoration. This panel of black stone was probably part of a temple.

In her right hand resting on the knee she is holding a closed lotus bud called utpala, her other hand is lifted with thumb touching the ring finger. The head is slightly tilted to the left, the expression is friendly and welcoming. She wears an opulent headdress with missing stone inlay. To her left side is a lotus flower in full bloom. The bottom is sealed with a double vajra relief.

The front center of the throne is further adorned with a drooping garland and cloth. The Tara's right foot is supported by a portruding lotus flower. The Tara is dressed in a long dhoti and adorned with numerous jewellery, beaded belts and necklaces. One hand is resting on the knee, the other is raised with thumb and ring finger touching, two lotus flowers are growing from both her palms. Her face emits calmness and peace with closed eyes and delicate small lips and nose. Her head is further adorned with an opulent tiara made of beaded strings and ornamental shapes and large circular ear pendants. The back of the statue is kept very simple.

His left hand is raised with palm facing the front showing a mudra with the ring and middle finger bent, karana mudra to expel evil. His right hand is lifted holding a vajra, a ritual object of Tantric Buddhism. The Dharmapala is wearing an armour and a flowy scarf is intertwined in his arms. A large garland, usually made of skulls, is dangling from his chest. The face is rather calm and human-looking with bulging eyes and a goat beard and moustache.
Bronze with silver and copper inlaysTibet, 12th centuryDimensions: Height 6,5 cmWeight: 74 gramsA Bodhisattva seated in royal ease pose on a double reverse lotus base with beaded rim. The Bodhisattva is supporting himself with the left hand on the ground behind the leg, the right hand is raised with thumb touching the bent middle finger and ring finger holding a small object. Dressed simply but adorned with beaded chains and threads, a high headdress with bows on the sides sits on the head, a lotus bud finial on top. Elongated earlobes are hanging down to the shoulders. The face is small with large eyes, high eyebrows, a long nose and grinning lips. The silver inlay of the eyes create a piercing gaze.

An early 20th century silver plated decanter and biscuit box stand, box with stag finial and a pair of ring necked sherry decanters and 4 sherry glasses, approximately 55cm wide, 29cm high. Condition Report: glasses and decanters probably associated and with later stoppers, tape residue notably to top of biscuit barrel, rubbing to plated surface from cleaning notably to top of biscuit barrel and to the beaded banding around edges. . some screws missing, apparently unmarked.
