dating: circa 1900 provenance: China, Long, straight, double-edged blade, ribbed at the center with some pitting. Mongolian style, silver hilt. Quillon with filigree spirals decoration on both sides and cabochons of turquoise and coral stones, the sides with spirals and curl engravings. Spindle-shaped grip with two coral cabochon ring nuts, and with turquoise and lapis lazuli stones. Three-lobed pommel, also made of silver and worked en suite with the quillon. Silver scabbard richly decorated with geometric motifs and filigree spirals. With various flower compositions made of coral and coloured stones, like the quillon. All the borders covered with cabochons. Some missing parts and replaced stones on both the sword and the quillon. Scabbard with two dragon's heads holding the suspension chain. Provided with an expert's report for Cites purposes which certifies its production before 1947, it therefore complies with European rules for the trade of protected species. length 96,3 cm.
dating: 1877 provenance: St. Etienne, Two-stage, octagonal, round, 11 mm cal. barrel provided with foresight, bearing the markings 'S.1877', 'Mle 1873', marks and serial number 'G35xxx'; smooth, six-shot cylinder, marked with crowned 'E' and with the same serial number. Frame bearing marks, serial number and inscription 'M.re d'Armes St. Etienne'; checkered wooden grips, lateral extractor, ring for the strap. Working mechanism. length 26.5 cm.

All the mounts on the front side with gilding. In the centre also three large jade and coral cabochons. Provided with an expert's report for Cites purposes which certifies its production before 1947, it therefore complies with European rules for the trade of protected species. length 46 cm.

Butt-plate with turn-off ring for the strap provided with a spare nipple. Working mechanism. A rare Delvigne pistol patented in1842, with rifled barrel and narrow chamber; it was rejected by the French army and became a regulation weapon of the Russian cavalry; it was also used in Turkey. length 36.5 cm.
