An early 20th century skeleton clock, with silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals, with fusee movement, on oak plinth bases within glazed dome, overall height 36cm.Condition Report: No key or pendulum present, slight tarnishing to the chapter ring, the back right leg is heavily pitted, general wear throughout, the dome with some slight chips to the rim.PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS LOT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR IN-HOUSE POSTAGEThe height of the clock without the base or dome is about 25cm. BARKER FOR ROYAL WORCESTER; a hand painted trio, painted with floral sprays inside gilt painted and jewelling on a puce and cobalt ground, a Royal Worcester painted blush ivory teacup and saucer and a Cauldon hand painted and gilt decorated trio. Condition Report: Two over glazed chips to edge of side plate, very light surface wear, cup with light crazing, otherwise good.blush ivory example with light crazing, tea cup does not ring true.
A large Chinese Famille Verte vase of baluster form, decorated with a peacock in landscape, four claw dragon, symbols and floral decoration, bearing double ring and six character mark to underside, height 46cm.Condition Report: The vase has glaze faults to the main body, moulding faults to the inside of the rim which do not appear to be cracks but please see images. Other scracthes and scuffs to the body. Some crazing here and there, heaviest to the blue pooling area. There is a large star crack to the base and chips and imperfections to the glaze on the base. Vase not examined under UV. Staining to the glaze on the underside and to the inside of the vase, perhaps to make it look older. please see additional images.
