Oak two-heights sectional bookcase, labelled Globe-Wernicke, glazed flaps, plinth section incorporating a drawer, width 87cm, height 89cm.Condition report:Depth is 31cm. Ring staining to the top surface. The up-and-over mechanisms are a little stiff and it looks as though some of the internal brackets are bent and misaligned. The metalwork to the exterior is tarnished and mild corrosion.
Doulton Lambeth, a stoneware water filter, the panels modelled in shallow relief with coiled dragons joined by prunus branches, one of the liners broken, otherwise complete, 35cm.Condition report:The cover and main body are good, no chips, hairlines or restoration. The ring collar/ flange to the liner has been totally detached from the sunken receptacle. The ring has also sustained a crack across the width. The original cork plug is clearly perishing but the tap is ok although it doesn't turn (open/ closed).

With four graduating drawers to the centre flanked with tambor side doors opening to reveal a single shelf, raised on square supports, L147cm x D45.5cm x H71cm Condition Report: Generally in fair condition for its age, some light surface marks, scratches and knocks, staining to the inside of the cupboards. Original handles have faded a little. Top drawer has been converted for cutlery use. Both tambor doors are functioning without jamming. A few ring marks on the top surface. Appears worm free. Structurally sound. Doors and drawers open and close smoothly.
