CONDITION REPORT: Some wear and scratches, small ring mark to top, generally good condition.
A modern reproduction figured mahogany grandmother clock, having a short moulded superstructure over the square glazed door enclosing a silvered chapter ring of Roman hours and all enclosed by gilt metal spandrels, the plain trunk raised on a plain base. 144 cm high. CONDITION REPORT: Some wear and fading and some veneer blistering to the trunk and base, the movement is battery operated and has a timing mechanism.
A Victorian ash 2 piece bedroom suite, comprising a mirror door wardrobe and a dressing table. The wardrobe having a moulded cornice above a mahogany banded frieze and over the central bevelled mirror door flanked by petal carved roundel panels and plain oblong panels. The base with single drawer with brass back plates and bail handles and conforming mahogany decoration. Raised on turned feet. 217 cm high x 114 cm x 56 cm. The dressing table of conforming design with a central mirror above 2 short drawers and an arrangement of 2/2 drawers, raised on turned feet with castors. CONDITION REPORT: The wardrobe has some depletions to the cornice and a section of the frieze, some edge knocks, marks and scratches to the wardrobe and to the dressing table. The dressing table has ring marks, marks and scratches throughout the top, otherwise good condition.
A George III mahogany toilet mirror with central oval bevelled plate between shaped uprights, the bowed base with two drawers and raised on ogee bracket feet, 51.5 cm x 38 cm x 20 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Some spotting to the plate and losses to the stringing to the oval surround, strengthening to the shaped supports and marks and scratches throughout plus ring marks to the top of the platform.

CONDITION REPORT: Marks and scratches throughout, some blistering to the bracket feet but generally sound.

A Wetheriggs dark brown and yellow trailed glazed pottery mixing bowl with handle and spout, 22 cm diameter x 13 cm high, a black glazed pottery circular bowl with orange trailed ring to rim, 25 cm diameter (probably Wetheriggs but unmarked), two other pieces of Wetheriggs pottery and three other pottery items (probably Wetheriggs but unmarked). CONDITION REPORT: Most of these items are in good condition. The only exception is a large jar which has chipping to rim and is lacking a lid.. There is also one other jar which is lacking an inner lid but this is in good condition.

CONDITION REPORT: Some fading to the material and some slight soiling. Marks to the feet and base edge. Otherwise good condition.
An early 20th century brass mounted oak mantle clock, having a rectangular top with geometric moulded edge over an enamelled dial with Roman hours to the chapter ring and enclosing two winding apertures and makers device, J within a star, all between fluted columns and over mounted brass ornaments, raised on a stepped and shaped base, 31 cm x 27 cm x 15 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The exterior is generally good, there are some fine marks and scratches, the movement has been re-mounted within the case and there is damage to the pendulum.
A 19th century brass cylindrical candlestick of plain design, the foot rim inset with black vulcanite style ring, 19 cm high and a brown leather cloth covered glass and plated hip flask, 15 cm high. CONDITION REPORT: The candlestick has been re-soldered to the base. The cloth covering to the hip flask is slightly worn.
A 19th century oak cased wall clock of circular form, the painted enamel dial with Roman hours to the chapter ring enclosing the makers name T W Hutchinson, Kirkby Stephen, all within a moulded surround, 40 cm diameter. CONDITION REPORT: Some cracking, wear and soiling to the painted dial, some minor marks to the frame. Unfortunately the movement is loose to the interior, otherwise in good condition. Key and hands present.
A small oval pin dish with shaped pie crust moulded rim and oval interior, marks of Sheffield, maker J D & S. 34.5 grams, 11.5 cm, together with a silver mounted ring stand and a silver topped dressing table jar with marks for Birmingham, maker S S, 20 grams. CONDITION REPORT: The oval dish with small dent to centre, the ring stand extensively damaged and bent and the dressing table box with small knock to the silver top and some degree of ware to the marks, otherwise good condition.
A late 18th/early 19th century Chinese blue and white baluster vase and cover, the domed finial topped cover and baluster body profusely decorated with foliage and blossoms and raised on a step moulded circular base with double ring mark, 31 cm high. CONDITION REPORT: Some chipping and poor restoration to the covers rim, some old minor chipping to the vases rim and wear to base.
A set of 4 19th century mahogany dining chairs, having scrolled and incised top rails over a reeded mid rail and 5 vertical slats with reeded base rail below and all between reeded upright. The padded and sprung seat on a reeded seat rail and raised on ring turned tapering front supports, 88 cm with a seat height of 45 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Marks and scratches throughout, but generally good, the seats have been re-upholstered with some minor staining.
A 1970's/1980's plywood storage box with rectangular hinged top, opening to reveal three removable plywood divisions and base storage, the lower stage with a single base drawer with divisions, 49.5 cm x 46.5 cm x 31.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Marks, ring marks and watermarks staining to top, some minor staining to front and sides but overall in good condition.
