* A LARGE MING-STYLE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN ‘DRAGON’ SHALLOW DISHMARKED KANGXI中國 20世紀 康熙款 青花龍紋大盤CHINA, 20TH CENTURYIt rests on a short unglazed ring foot and has a round body. It is finely painted in cobalt blue enamels with heap and pile effects’ imitation. The decor is arranged in circular registers. The central part is painted with a frontal archaistic five-clawed dragon, the wing is painted with two flying five-clawed dragons, the back of the wing is painted with lotus scrolls. The base bears an apocryphal mark of Emperor Kangxi within a double circle, a six-character one in kaishu script.H: 5,6 cm - D: 38,4 cmNote: Compare with a related dish dated to the Yongzheng period sold at CHRISTIE’S New York, USA, 2007-03-22, lot 336, for. A JIAN KILNS'HARE'S-FUR' TEMMOKU BOWL南宋 建窯兔毫盞China, Southern Song Dynasty (1127–1279)This heavily potted bowl has a groove below the rim to facilitate handling and an almost solid foot with a broad low foot-ring. The lustrous black glaze fades to rust-brown at the rim, where it is thin, and shows overall rust-brown hare's fur markings.
