The 30 graduated baroque-shaped pearls knotted with six small yellow-metal roundels on a large bolt ring clasp, stamped '9ct', approx. 42cm long overall (16 1/2 inches) Condition Report: Overall good condition, though we would reccomend that the necklace be cleaned and restrung. the necklace is 'loosely' graduated from the smallst bead at about 9.2mm x 10.5mm (nearest the clasp)to the largest bead at the centre at about 10.2mm to a little under/over 12mm, They are baroque-shaped so do vary considerably. The beads generally of an even light-cream colour with slightly green-ish undertones. The lustre overall is medium to good (one or two with odd 'flat' patches). The surfaces of most are generally clean though several have small blemishes, and a few have natural lines and ridges etc. Clasp good

The small, bright and lively diamonds measure approx. 2.5mm (1) and 2-2.1mm(2) diameter.

The sapphires measure approx. 6.1mm x 5.4mm x 2.9mm (approx. 0.83cts) & 6.3mm x 5.5mm x 2.7mm (approx. 0.82cts). of pale Ceylon-type colour with both colour zoning and banding, facet crown edges worn.
