Workshop of Robert Thompson of Kilburn, Mouseman nest of three rectangular oak tables with four octagonal legs united by stretchers on three sides, each with a carved mouse motif. largest 46cm (18in) wide, 36cm (14in) deep 50.5cm (20in) highCondition report: The top surface of the larger table has been sun-bleached over time and is lighter than the other two small tables. There are a couple of ring marks and small scratches to the top table also and a crack to one of the legs. The middle table has signs of general wear with some small dents to the surface and a couple of small spots of yellow paint. The smallest table again has signs of wear and some scratches to the top surface, there is also damage to the base of one of the legs and some flecks of yellow paint to the underside of the stretcher.
Workshop of Robert Thompson of Kilburn, Mouseman oak display dresser, central bookcase with three adjustable oak shelves flanked by a pair of glazed display cupboards each with three fixed glass shelves to either side. Dresser base has adzed surface with four drawers, one for cutlery, over a pair of double panelled English oak cupboards with a single fixed shelf in both. 183cm (72in) wide, 46cm (18in) deep, 190cm (75in) high.Condition report: The dresser is in good overall condition. There are a couple of areas of sun bleaching where the adjustable central drawers used to sit. All glass panels are intact, original hinges and handles, all 6 glass shelves included, drawers run smoothly. The adzed surface is in good condition with minor signs of wear (small scratches and grazes) no stains or ring marks. The dresser splits in half for transport and all shelves (wooden & glass) can be removed. Top section measures 180cm wide, 25cm deep, 99cm high.
