A Victorian carved oak side cabinet, made using some earlier elements, the shaped three panel back from a 17th century coffer, carved with tulips, roses and foliage, over an inverted breakfront base with two cupboards carved with fruiting vines within interlaced strapwork, each enclosing a single shelf, flanking an open recess with foliate carved frieze and boxwood and ebony chequerboard base, on a shaped plinth, 61 x 14in. (155 x 35.5cm.), 51½in. (130.75cm.) high. *Carved back (the front panel of an earlier coffer) has a few small chips to wood. Top has some rubbing to polish. Polish to sides heavily faded and there are diamond shaped marks here (presumably where applied decoration have been removed). Doors in good condition. Ring marks to shelves inside. RH door lacks lock. No keys.

A large French gilt brass bamboo cased carriage clock, late 19th century, the foliate engraved, silvered dial plate with enamelled chapter ring with Arabic numerals and gilt centre, the twin train movement striking a gong on the hour and half hour, 6 5/8in. (16.7cm.) high plus handle, with original red Morocco case and key. * Condition: Winds and runs. Strikes correctly. There is a small chip to the glass to the top right on the back of the case and a crack to the top left corner on the left hand side glazed panel, which has been glued. Minor surface scratches to gilt to centre of dial. Dial otherwise VG. Leather case good overall - handle cracked in four places but remains complete.
An Edwardian 18ct gold key wind open face fob watch by Mottu of Geneva, with signed gilt lever movement, signed 30mm. gilt dial with engine turned Roman chapter ring and floral engraved matted centre, in a floral and foliate engraved 34mm. case, inscribed to the dust cover 'Manufactured for C. Marsh & Co. 30 lr. Sackville St. Dublin', with key. * Condition: A few small scuffs and scratches to the chapter ring. Small dirty spots to centre of dial. Case very good condition with crisp engraving. Winds and runs.
A George III 8 day longcase clock by Richard Grove of London, c.1800, the bell strike movement with four knopped pillars, fronted by an arched brass dial with silvered Roman chapter ring and silvered centre engraved with foliage, with sunburst subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, signed 'Richd Grove London', within gilt brass floral and shell spandrels and foliate engraved 'Strike/Silent' dial to arch, the mahogany case with broken arch top with fluted columns, well figured arched trunk door and panelled base with ogee bracket feet, 79¼in. (201.5cm.) high. *Lacks hour hand. Has not run for many years and will probably require cleaning and servicing. Oak seatboard to movement is original. Cheek boards to case have alterations - case and movement possibly matched. Hood lacks finials. Side glass to LH side of top has been crudely glued back in place and the RH side is in later green glass. Hood otherwise good. Caseback has replacement piece to LH top and repair baton at top. Trunk good with good colour and patina. Chip to top LH corner of door and another lower down on LH side. Both locks replaced, c.1900 and have keys. Base has old horizontal shrinkage crack with dark staining along the length from an old attempt to restore. Small chip above left foot.
Two Chinese carved jade Pi discs, probably 19th century, the larger in shaded green jade, having raised carving of mythical beast around central ring, the reverse with repeating raised decoration, 2 3/8in. (6cm.) diameter, the smaller in mutton fat jade with carved figure of a mythical beast to one edge, 2in. (5cm.) at its largest. (2) *Condition: Both good with age related wear only.
A rare Edwardian Irish silver dish or potato ring, Wakely & Wheeler, Dublin 1909, of typical circular waisted form, pierced with fabulous foxes, hunting hounds and various birds amidst floral, foliate and scroll decoration, with vacant shaped cartouche to front, 8 3/8in. (21.4cm.) diameter, 3 7/8in. (9.9cm.) high, weight 12.5 tr.oz.
Four Chinese lapis lazuli snuff bottles, 20th century, the first of flattened double gourd form with shaped conical stopper, ribbon tied to the centre to one side, the other with twin bats carved in high relief, with gilt inclusions throughout, 2¾in. (7cm.) high; the second of flattened ovoid form with twin carved mythical beast ring handles, oval foot and stepped green and orange domed stopper; plus two others, one with white and gilt inclusions. (4)
A large 19th century French gilt brass repeating carriage clock, possibly by Couaillet of Saint-Nicholas-d'Aliermont, the Anglaise-Riche case with squared fluted columns, ogee base and fluted handle, the domed, silvered chapter ring with French Arabic numerals and applied gilt rosette within a gilt mask, twin train movement striking the hours and half hours on a gong, with push button repeat, 6 1/8in. (15.5cm.) high plus handle. * Condition: Winds and runs. Strikes correctly and repeat function is working well. Scratching to gilding to front right hand side of base. Some light spotting to gilt finish to top surfaces of case. Some small scratches and rubs to silvered chapter ring. The numerals are matt black painted and may have been repainted at some time - this is well executed. Small chip to glass to top right corner of back door and small chip to top right corner of both side glass panels.
A George V silver twin-handled sugar bowl and cream jug, George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, Chester 1911, of ovoid form with leaf-capped handles, both with inscribed monogram to belly, the sugar bowl measuring 6in. (15.2cm.) between handles; together with a further cream jug and napkin ring, total weight 9.8 tr.oz. (4)
A rare, large Jersey granite pig trough, 18th / early 19th century, finely carved with three connected compartments to the interior, the exterior with two of the three original iron ring tethers remaining and well defined carved 'feet' to either end, 130in. long, 23½in. wide, 13½in. high.
