A rare Wedgwood creamware Jardiniere and matched stand, of bucket form, painted in iron-red by Fidelle Duvivier with two figures, a tower beyond beneath a black-painted crest, green fixed ring handles, impressed WEDGWOOD, crack, wear, 21cm (2). The crest, a lion rampant gardant, or, supporting a long cross, gu, may be that of Allanson or Allenson.
