Hallmarks for Birmingham 1897. Weight 6.2gms. Condition: Overall condition of both rings are fair to good. The opal cluster ring has minor surface scratches and wear to the ring shank, the ring would benefit from a clean, the millegrain setting is slightly rubbed in places, there is some dirt in the setting around the opal, the opal shows a good play of colour showing greens, blues, purples and oranges, there is some grazing to the stone. Ring size K. The buckle ring is slightly misshapen into an oval shape, the diamonds are bright and lively, there is a join line becoming visible to the back of the ring shank. Hallmarks are clear and legible. Ring size K 1/2.

An 18ct gold emerald and diamond cluster ring, the oval emerald within a brilliant cut diamond surround set to baguette cut diamond shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 0.32cts. Weight 3.4gms. AF. Condition: Overall condition fair, there is a large fairly shallow chip to the emerald to a kite facet and into the table very slightly, it is approximately 2mm in diameter. There are nibbles to the girdle of the emerald and internal inclusions and fractures that significantly affect the transmission of light through the stone. The diamonds are quite well matched and are quite bright and lively.

Five late 19th/early 20th century rings, to include a 9ct split pearl and turquoise cluster ring (hallmarks for Birmingham 1900), a 9ct gold split pearl cluster ring (hallmarks for Birmingham 1922) and three other cluster rings. AF. Condition: The rings are in overall fair/poor condition. All of the rings are damaged, the garnet cluster ring has a split ring shank and is heavily tarnished, the stones are abraded and one stone is missing. One split pearl is missing from the ruby and split pearl cluster ring with a solder join to the back of the ring shank. The split pearls are heavily worn to the other cluster ring. There is a replacement shank to the turquoise and split pearl cluster, there is also a lead solder to the shoulder of the other cluster ring and the central stone is missing.
Two rings, to include a 9ct gold triple turquoise and split pearl cluster ring and an early 20th century turquoise and diamond ring, with three oval turquoise interspaced by diamond points with scroll design shoulders. Total weight 6.47gms. Condition: Both rings are in overall good/fair condition. One of the turquoise to the three stone ring has been replaced and is pale green in colour, there are fine scratches to all, a couple of the diamond points are chipped, with slight scratches to the ring shank. The triple cluster ring turquoise again varies in shade and some of the seed pearls are quite grey in colour.

Hallmarks for Birmingham 1916. Total weight 7.17gms. Condition: The multi gem cluster ring is in overall good condition, with no significant damage. The other ring is in fair condition, the central stone has been replaced with a blue paste that has sunk in the setting, there are scratches and wear to the ring shank. There is abrasion to the outer sapphires, the diamonds are quite bright and the claws are worn. The inner makers mark and hallmark is rubbed.

The red gem and split pearl ring is bent out of shape, one stone is a garnet topped doublet, the central split pearl has been glued secure. There is quite serious abrasion to each ruby in the three stone ring, some with chips.

The split pearls in the five stone ring are worn with damage to the nacre, there are several solder joins to the ring shank. The small split pearls in the amethyst ring appear quite worn, there are very small chips to the amethyst, there is discolouration to the ring shank. A few of the split pearls in the ruby ring has damage to the nacre, there is dirt and possible glue holding the split pearls secure. There is a solder join to the back of the ring and part of the hallmark is missing.

Hallmarks for Birmingham 1863. Weight 7gms. AF. Condition: All three rings are in fair/poor condition. There is an opal missing from the cluster ring, the green and red stones are abraded and chipped, the ring has been reshanked with joins visible to the inner shoulders. The central garnet to the other ring is seriously chipped, there is damage to the nacre of one of the outer split pearls, one of the ball detail sections is missing, the inner hallmark is quite clear. The shank to the ruby and split pearl cluster ring appears to have been added, two of the split pearls are damaged with cracks to the nacre.
Two carved jade items, to include a pendant with suspended carved jade depicting a bunch of grapes and an openwork design ring depicting an exotic bird within a claw setting. Pendant stamped 18KGP Condition: Both items are in overall good condition. The jade in the ring is loose and would need to be secured, there are scratches to the jade and the ring shank is bent. The pendant is fine, with just slight abrasion in places.

The pearl in the cluster ring ahs quite a weak lustre, some of the outer diamond points are chipped and dull, the back of the ring shank is very thin, the head of the ring is not original and has been added at a later date. There are just slight scratches to the other ring, the cultured pearl has a good lustre and the diamonds are nice and bright.
A two stone diamond ring, each old European cut diamond is in an eight claw setting. Estimated total diamond weight 1.45cts, colour J-K, clarity P1-3. Stamped 18ct plat. Condition: Overall condition fair. The inclusions in both diamonds affect the transmission of light passing through the stones. One diamond has a white inclusion directly under the table facet and the other has fairly profuse inclusions running through the stone. The hoop is in good condition with virtually no surface wear.

The diamonds are fairly bright and well matched. The hallmark is clear. Ring size L.
An 18ct gold five stone diamond ring, the graduated brilliant cut diamonds are claw set. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct, colour H-J, clarity SI2-P1. Condition: Overall condition good, the diamonds are bright and well matched. One stone has a black inclusion just visible without a 10x lens. The hoop has incurred little wear and the hallmark is clear.
A diamond cluster ring, the central old European diamond is in a raised seven claw setting with old European cut diamond surround and shoulders. Estimated diamond weight 0.61cts, colour H-J, clarity SI2-P2. Stamped P.PLAT 18ct. Condition: The ring is in overall good condition. There are scratches to the ring shank and areas of discolouration in places due to the age of the piece. The inner stamps are a little worn. The diamonds are all quite nice and bright, some of the claws are a little worn and would need attention. Ring size N.
Three late Victorian 15ct gold rings, to include a diamond and sapphire ring, the diamonds are in lozenge shape settings interspaced by two round cut sapphires (hallmarks for Chester), a ruby and split pearl ring with scroll detail to the shoulders (hallmarks for Chester, 1892), and a three stone star set diamond ring (hallmarks for Chester, 1898). Total weight 7.7gms. Condition: All of the rings are in overall good/fair condition. There are slight scratches to all of the rings. There is abrasion to the facet edges of the ruby and sapphires. The central diamond to the three stone sapphire and diamond ring is chipped, the inner hallmark is worn.
