A George III mahogany chest of drawers, with crossbanded moulded edge above four long graduated drawers with brass drop handles and cockbeading to each drawer front, flanked by cluster columns and raised on bracket feet. Width 91 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The chest of drawers is structurally sound. The top is slightly undulating. There is a small old veneer repair to the top right hand rear corner. There is a stress fracture across the veneers across the centre panel. There is a small veneer loss to the front right hand edge near the right hand corner. There are other ring marks and old scratches. All drawers run smoothly. Drawer three has loose cockbeading to the left hand side. Drawer four has a small section of cockbeading missing. Drawer two has a stress fracture running from the left hand side underneath the handle to the centre of the drawer front. Drawer two has a missing bale from the handle. The sides of the chest are in good condition as are the pillars. The front right hand bracket foot has a stress fracture all round. The left hand rear foot has a horizontal stress fracture as does the right hand rear foot. The backboards are original.

Three Bristol blue glass rummers, 19th century, having a funnel shaped bowl with single knop and short stem. CONDITION REPORT: All glasses are in good order and free from any chips or cracks. All ring out nicely when lightly tapped. Rim diameter 10.3 cm, height 13.4 cm.

A silver plated three bottle decanter stand, 19th century, with three matching decanters with hollow stoppers, single ring to the neck above the faceted shoulder with a pierced stand with beaded handle supported upon foliate scrolling feet, height 43 cm.

Lot 409

A Danish teak turnover top trolley, circa 1970's, the rectangular top upon circular legs with removable under tray on chromium and plastic castors, width closed 44 cm, open 88.5 cm, height 64 cm, depth 70 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The trolley is in extremely good order. It has clearly seen very little use. There are no watermarks, ring marks or any damage to the timber. The top is not warped. The tray is in good condition all around. The original castors run smoothly.

Lot 25

A Royal Worcester part dessert service, date code 1908/09, each with hand painted rose leaves against a blush pink, yellow and blue ground, printed and impressed marks, inscribed No. W6934. CONDITION REPORT: The square dish is in good order and rings out nicely when tapped. There are six plates. Two of the plates with red rose decoration appear to have a lot of the enamel missing. This should be visible from our online image. There is a further plate with a rosebud and this has slight enamel losses and also there are some white patch marks to the left of the bud. The two rose plates with the large amount of enamel losses also have large patches of faded/rubbed areas just to the left of the flowers and before the rim. The yellow rose plate has a large thumb print size patch erased to the right of the flower just before the rim. Each plate has small surface marks and light scratches. Having said that all plates are free from visible chips, cracks and further flaws and all ring out nicely when lightly tapped.

Lot 442

A Heals walnut inverted bowfront cupboard on chest, well figured and with four graduated drawers with knob handles. Width 91 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The cupboard is in generally very good structural order. The top is flat and has only minor old surface marks and minor ring marks. There are no splits to either side. The doors close correctly with no warping. The door panels are all a very good colour. All handles are original. All drawers run as they should. All linings are in good condition. There are clearly some very minor surface blemishes to the piece but no real condition issues.
