A late 19th century cross banded mahogany library desk over all round serpentine frame, the top with inset tooled leather surface over three moulded edge frieze drawers, raised on moulded cabriole legs to castors 107cm x 65cm x 73cm h Overall - nice, fair condition - sturdy and in good order. Drawers run well, casters all intact. Slight scuffing, wear and tear to frieze/carvings in places but generally good. 3 x 1 inch long splits in veneer at the back of the desk, probably due to heat. Leather as expected - heavy wear to the front and splits in places. Ring marks, staining and fading commensurate with age No keys.
