A George IV Mahogany Sofa Table, early 19th century, the rectangular hinged top above two real and opposing dummy drawers, on lyre end supports and sabre legs with brass capped feet and castors, 84cm by 71cm by 72cm. Good quality timber, the top with numerous scratches/ ring marks. Cock beading on drawers some losses/ faults. Two of the capped feet repaired to vert good standard. (See images)
A Swedish Kingwood, Fruitwood, Crossbanded and Parquetry Decorated Bombé Shaped Commode, circa 1750, in Louis XV style, the antique green and dark red marble serpentine shaped top above three deep drawers with gilt metal rococo style cast handles and escutcheons above a shaped apron, 116cm by 66cm by 82cm See illustration The marble top various deep scratches, ring marks, pitting. With key and working lock. Generally the commode is in good condition. Some veneer losses and small bruising around the drawer fronts and the apron. Small section of timber missing on the front-right leg just to the left of the gilt mount. The left-hand side of the chest back left-hand leg has some veneer losses and also the shaped apron on this left-hand panel some faults to the timber.

A Mahogany Chiming Table Clock, retailed by Webber, Liverpool, circa 1890, arched case with gilt metal finials, Corinthian side columns, pierced side sound frets, 8-inch brass dial with a silvered Roman numeral chapter ring, arch with three dials for chime/silent, fast/slow and chime on 8 bells/Westminster chime selections, large triple fusee movement with an anchor escapement chiming on a nest of eight bells and striking the hours on a gong, movement backplate numbered 4178, 76cm high see illustration 01.10.20 Case is slightly faded, small scratches and chips in parts, some cracks in parts, metal mounts are discoloured, front door is very slightly bowed, back door with the metal sound fret panel is loose and the beading is missing that holds the panel into place, dial chapter rings are slightly discoloured, movement is dirty and needs cleaning, movement in going order, with pendulum.

A Rare Mulberry Eight Day Longcase Clock, signed Mark Hawkins, St Edmunds Bury, early 18th century, flat top pediment, glazed side panels, nicely figured case with a crossbanded trunk door and a glass lenticle, crossbanded plinth, 12-inch square brass dial with a silvered chapter ring signed, matted dial centre, seconds dial, floral and bird engraved decoration around the date aperture, five pillar movement with an anchor escapement and rack striking on a bell, 206cm high see illustration Mark Hawkins (Senior) (1674-1750) was a Suffolk clockmaker, working in both Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket. He died in 1750, but two of his three sons, William Hawkins and Mark Hawkins continued as clockmakers. 01.10.20 Case with a good original colour, case with small chips to the edges in parts, some wood worm holes in parts which are not active, later skirting around the bottom of the plinth, dial and movement are clean, movement in going order, with two weights and a pendulum.
