This copy was presumably used by the BBC production team for the radio broadcast on 5th January 1936. Annotations include cuts to the text, 'cut to last chorus of Speaight's 30" speech', 'fade slowly out on speech', and 'mix to - '. Other annotations in a later hand are also present.

No rule is without its exception, and one of them, not content with signing himself "A Real Farmer" [now identified as Varlo], prefaced his book... with an autobiography...' (Fussell).

Though composed in the author's native German, Hasegawa was keen to exhibit the work at the 1900 Paris Universal Exposition and so gave precedence to the French translation. The Garman edition was published a little later, in September of the same year.

Physics.- Everett (Hugh) '"Relative State" Formulation of Quantum Mechanics' in Reviews of Modern Physics, vol.29, number 3, pp. 454-462, first edition, original wrappers, lightly soiled and discoloured, frayed at edges, overall a very clean copy, housed in custom-made box, 4to, Lancaster, PA and New York, for the American Physical Society, 1957.⁂ First publication in which Everett formulates what has come to be known as the Many-World Interpretation, a controversial but now widely (if not universally) accepted response to many of the paradoxes seemingly inherent in traditional quantum theory.Based largely on Everett's doctoral thesis, the paper articulates Everett's reformulation of quantum theory, arguing that the process of observation and measurement happens entirely within that theory's wave mechanisms, and follows the mathematical framework of Dirac and von Neumann, rather than, as the Copenhagen school of Bohr and others argued, having a special role which causes a wavefunction collapse.

Henrey says that he was "outstanding for his versatility".
