Both the first and second editions have the same collation A8-B6 and with the above edition lacking B1-6 are virtually indistinguishable. Hodnett 920 cites Saint Martinus`s Formula vitae honestae as the 1516 edition but the above copy corresponds more closely to Hodnett 921 and dated in its earliest use as 1520 and therefore suggesting that the above is a second edition. Either way both editions are extremely scarce. “Sometime attributed to Seneca and possibly based on a lost work by him.” - ESTC.
