This publication by William Wright was intended to agitate support for Caroline of Brunswick, then wife of George IV and future Queen of England. The attempts by George IV to obtain divorce were thwarted by Caroline's popularity with the British people. The pagination runs consecutively, but Part 3 appears to have been issued last, in January 1821.

Most copies call for 72 pages to the first part, others 76. This copy has 76 pages, but the text (which opens with a copy of a letter 'coming newly to Hand by a person of quality') does not correspond across pp.73-74 and pp.75-76.

And on 'Women' he advises, 'I know not what justice this is, that they kill men for robbing and stealing money, and suffer women to live and steale men's harts.'
