English School, 19th century, a miniature head in profile, wax, 12 x 9cm, together with a miniature portrait of Nelson, on ivory. Note: a non-transferable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for this item, ref HYV1FHYG (2)Overall condition of profile looks complete, but generally dirty and showing age. Cracked above the collar of his short along the neck line. Inherited and throught to be a family member. Overall dimensions are 20 x 17cm including the frame. Nelson portrait looks to be complete, but is not well fixed into the frame, having been taped together.

Copiously illustrated from original photographs by special permission published by The London Office of the "Review of Reviews". 130 pages plus 6 pages of advertisements. Lacks paper covers. 7½" x 10". Tipped into this volume are 11 large photographs approximately 7" x 10". Produced by the organisers for the play in 1922. A hard bound Exercise Book, 7"x9 ½" of well over 500 newspaper cuttings of photographs of all major and minor popstars and groups of essentially the 1960s. Many rare photographs of the Beatles, Rolling Stones and many others. Many cuttings are now loose in the volume. The rear few pages of the book include writings about record labels and discs new to the charts for that era. The whole of this volume was compiled at the time of the newspaper cuttings. A number of these photographs may, in fact, be now unknown. A very interesting item for a pop historian of the 1960s. PREDATOR (1987) - Predator (Kevin Hall) Right Hand - A Predator (Kevin Hall) right hand from John McTiernan's Predator. The titular Predator, an extraterrestrial Yautja warrior, stalked and hunted down a military rescue team deep in the jungle. This hand may have also been used in the end of Predator 2.This hand, a costume glove, is made of foam latex and patterned to look like scaled, reptilian-esque flesh. It also features claws protruding from the ends of the fingers. SPACEBALLS (1987) - President Skroob's (Mel Brooks) Top Secret File - President Skroob's (Mel Brooks) top secret file from Mel Brooks' Spaceballs. President Skroob kept a top secret file folder on his desk as he inhaled a can of "Perri-air" before Commanderette Zircon (Leslie Bevis) informed him that Spaceball One was approaching the planet Druidia. This lot consists of a gray manila folder labeled "TOP SECRET" with a production-made Planet Spaceball seal and filled with a notepad, four cream envelopes, six gray envelopes, two cream stationary papers, and two gray stationary papers. Each item features the Planet Spaceball seal printed in black. This lot exhibits discoloration and creases to the gray papers, as well as a discoloration stain on the folder. INTERSTELLAR (2014) - Endurance Locker with Pair of Control Panels - An Endurance locker with a pair of control panels from Christopher Nolan's Interstellar. Joseph Cooper (Matthew McConaughey), Amelia Brand (Anne Hathaway), Doyle (Wes Bentley), Professor Romilly (David Gyasi), CASE (Josh Stewart), and TARS (Bill Irwin) traveled in the Endurance to Gargantua wormhole in search of the survivors of the doomed Lazarus mission.The Endurance's interior set was designed by production designer Nathan Crowley and decorated by set decorator Gary Fettis, both of whom received Academy Award® nominations for their work. A modular vessel with the largest module serving as the center of operations, it was created using a mix of NASA and commercial aircraft designs.This lot consists of an empty, slatted, hinged metal locker applied with a NASA decal reading "Critical Space Item" and a U.S. Government plaque numbered "VD-72" on front; a wood-backed, three-piece control panel inset with 45 knobs and engraved with their functionalities, such as "1/C," "Nav 1,2," and "ORID/PA"; and a machined aluminum communications panel numbered "68187," labeled "UHF Comm," and featuring a variety of knobs and switches on front and loose wiring on the reverse. Holes are drilled on the sides of the locker and panels for mounting to the larger Endurance set. Following production, the wiring on the comms panel was cut, rendering it nonfunctional. The lot exhibits rusting, scuffing, and staining throughout from production use and handling.
