British Airborne 1937 Pattern Webbing Equipment, consisting of waist belt, pouches, scarce Sten Plate-Retainer pouch and bayonet frog combination complete with No4 MkII bayonet and brace straps. Various dates from 1941 to 1945. An interesting grouping with a scarce item only issued to the British Airborne.
WW2 British Airborne Recognition Scarf, fluorescent yellow silk scarf with taped edge and ties as issued to the British Airborne forces so they could be identified by allied planes on strafing raids against enemy forces. Some small stains and holes but generally a good used item of equipment. Also worn by American Airborne forces during Normandy landings.
Inert WW2 German Stick Grenade, retaining some of the original paint finish to the top. Complete with the original wooden shaft which is stamped “dbk”. Replacement screw cap and porcelain ball fitting to the inside. This item is inert and safe. Perfectly legal to own in the UK. We are not able to offer shipping on this item.
WW2 German Normandy Camouflaged M-35 Steel Combat Helmet, a superb untouched as found camouflaged German combat helmet. The shell retains much of its original two tone green and yellow camouflage paint finish to the exterior and the interior rim has been painted in the yellow colour. Helmet retains its original leather liner but this is dry and has some age cracks, wear and section missing. Remains of the original leather chinstrap still in place. Some areas of rusting to the exterior and interior from poor storage over the years. A truly wonderful as found item with a camouflage paint scheme that would indicate combat service during the Normandy campaign in 1944
Rare WW2 Fleet Air Arm White Leather C-Type Flying Helmet and G-Type Oxygen Mask, the helmet in the style of a Naval issue C-Type with zipped ear cups. Complete with the original wiring loom. Earphones within the ear cups. Complete with the original goggle straps and rear neck flap. Helmet has an original G-Type oxygen mask attached retaining the copper nose wire and original microphone attachment. The set shows service wear and some staining to the white leather. A scarce item of WW2 headdress.
A Corgi wooden factory prototype of the upper body for their 'Rover Sterling' model. Overall this item measures, a much larger than actual production model size, approximately 26 x 9 x 10 cm, being comprised of a series of joined wooden sections together with an unboxed example of the Rover Sterling standard production model. Also included in this lot are two other pre-production cars, one being of resin construction, the other being a bare metal Corgi Batmobile BMBV4, 11cm long approx, dated 2000, with clear plastic parts and plastic base plate attached with screws. A Corgi wooden and resin factory prototype of the sides and roof section for their 'AEC Ergomatic Pump Escape' which featured in their 'Classics' model range. Overall this item measures, a much larger than actual production model size, approximately 29 x 9 x 11 cm, the majority being comprised of a series of joined wooden blocks with resin inserts at various points, with resin side panels, one with some damage, a resin rear panel and two clear 'lights' on top of the cab area. The model, peculiarly, has 'Lledo' and 'Odell' written on the base of it in pencil.

A set of four Derby allegorical figures, each in theatrical dress, and decorated in polychrome enamels, puce red marks to bases, 11cm high (at fault) (4) CONDITION REPORT: 1x lady- Left arm re-glued and fan with section missing. Jester- Thumb and finger broken off. Other male- Tip of little finger of right hand missing. Item clenched within hand broken off. Enamel chip to hat.Other female- broken at waist and re-glued. Each piece with signs of enamel wear and surface scratching.
Busby Babes: A signed Wrexham v Manchester United FA Cup Fourth Round Official Programme and game ticket, Saturday January 26th 1957, the front of the programme signed by Sir Alexander Matthew Busby 'Best Wishes Matt Busby', the back of the programme with seven signatures in ball point and pencil including Mark Jones, Bill Foulkes, Dennis Violet, Duncan Edwards, Billy Whelan and possibly Jim Murphy (2)Provenance: The vendor of this item travelled from Overton to Wrexham to attended the game. After the match finished he acquired some of the signatures when meeting players on the pitch and also after waiting at the exit of the changing room for the players to leave, thus why some signatures are in pen and others in pencil.
