1969 Ford Capri 1600 GTMake: Ford Model: Capri GTYear: 1969Mileage: 62265VIN: BBECJA14759Configuration: Right Hand DriveRegistration: SKL468HTransmission: manualThis Ford Capri 1600 GT MkI was registered in August 1969, making it a very early example, as the 'European Mustang' was only launched in January of that year. The vehicle has been stored in a (dry) garage for around 20 years, with the vendor telling us that it starts and drives, and runs well - although the brakes are inoperative and the fuel tank will probably require replacement. The floors and chassis are reported to be solid. Some of the missing trim removed from the exterior is in the boot, and there are other parts in the boot as well. The vehicle will require recommissioning to be returned to the road. The odometer records 62,265 miles covered. Three former registered keepers are recorded on the V5C, which is present. The only other item of paperwork is the owner's handbook.
