The mechanism winds and works without hesitation on the lever, it correspondingly stops at the end of the cycle when the lever is set to stop.The comb is intact and I can not see any missing teeth or toothtipsThe cover is as usual slightly cupped or bowed horizontally but does not impede the closing of the lid. The case is a little bumped and scratched due to its age and weight.Cosmetically this item could do with some remedial work but mechanically it functions as expected. As in any old mechanical items, some adjustment or work should be expected.
