A very well engineered 2 inch scale live steam Fowler A7 Road Locomotive Traction Engine, based on MJ Engineering Drawings (Copies Supplied), finished in black with John Fowler of Leeds to Smokebox door, fitted with road tyres and worm and link steering, single cylinder, free running example, finished to a very high standard, date of construction 09/06/1999, with up to date pressure system certificate dated 25-02-2020 (Ipswich Model Engineering Society Certificate Number 192815), also supplied with a large quantity of boiler history paperwork and documents, length 34", width 14",Condition report: Overall the model is free running, has been well maintained and cared for, and has been lubricated and oiled regularly. Vendor is having a clear out, and the item was too heavy for use due to age. We cannot confirm whether it fully runs as we dont have the facilities to steam the engine.Document states boiler is made from copper – see extra photos

Five various weapons including a Kukri, a carved bone handled dagger with brass 'sun, moon and stars' sheath and an El Salvador macheteCONDITION: Smallest item is missing half of one side of the grip vertically. The bone handle's guard has been broken in two lengthways and re-attached via pins. There is also evidence of solder to the sheath. The dagger with the metal sheath did not easily come out of the sheath and has evidence of solder in areas, possibly in the manufacture. The El Salvador blade is missing the pin from the handle and also has a chip to the sheath. All pieces have general wear including rust, scratches and wear to leather where applicable.
C. 1100-1300 AD. Byzantine. Silver ring with circular hoop, floral decoration on the shoulders and a trumpet bezel bearing an incised bird motif. Byzantium was justly famous for the elegance of its jewellery, whether in precious metals for the aristocracy, or in bronze for people further down the social ladder. This item probably belonged to a Byzantine nobleman. 700-1100 AD. Viking Age. Bronze sword-shaped amulet with suspension loop at the top, and a stylised depiction of a leaf-shaped blade with a fuller or blood groove. The era known as the Viking age lasted for more than 300 years, from the late 8th century to the late 11th century. The history of the Vikings is closely linked to their role as masters of the sea and they were feared as fierce and ruthless invaders. This rare item would probably have belonged to a Viking warrior intent on expressing his martial identity or on seeking divine protection from harm in battle. Knives were a vital part of everyday life in the Viking world, where forks were not used, and everyone had to carry their own knife, both for self-defence and for eating. The item is extremely well preserved and has been professionally cleaned; it comes on a custom-made stand. 1550-1070 BC. Late New Kingdom. Gold ring with D-shaped hoop and projecting shoulders; a rectangular plaque between the two shoulders forms a support for a carnelian gemstone featuring a mother cat and her two kittens. Cats were considered to be of enormous significance in Egyptian religion. The cat goddess Bastet (Bast) was the daughter of Ra, the sun god. She was typically shown with the features of a lion, as a cat or a human with a cat head. Bast was a protective, maternal goddess and was seen as a protector of pregnant women and young children. This beautiful item probably belonged to a devotee of the cat goddess. In Roman mythology, the thunderbolt is a symbol of Jupiter, king of the gods and god of the sky and thunder. The thunderbolt is a reminder of his might over all, whether gods and mortals, and this item may once have belonged to a devotee of the thunder god. Bronze amulet comprising a longboat with stylised dragon’s-head prow and stern with carefully cast features and textured scales; the item is hung from a knotted circular suspension loop and nine partially preserved wedge-shaped pendants hang from the underside, perhaps representing oars. Dragons were important figures in Norse mythology, and were known for their powerful, destructive nature.
