A Victorian presentation bowl, Daniel & Charles Houle, London 1882, of circular form on domed foot, the shaped scrolling rim cast with cherub masks, the bowl embossed with foliate and swag detail, inscribed 'The Gun Club Notting Hill November 22nd 1884 won by G. F. McCorquodale killing 7 birds in succession', 24.6cm wide, 22cm high, weight 38.06ozt There are a few small to mid-sized dents peppered throughout the bowl. Moderate scratching and wear throughout commensurate with age and use. Some wear and loss of definition to the detail. No splitting or signs of repair. Some parts of the shaped rim are slightly misshapen. The gilt interior is heavily worn and heavily scratched. There are some small dents peppered throughout the foot, but no thinning, splitting or repair. The bowl sits flat on a level surface. The inscription is to the side of the bowl - see pictures. This item does not have a weighted base.

George III silver wine funnel with reeded border, engraved armorial crest and fluted pouring spout (London 1800), William Allen III, 14.5cm overall lengthMarks clear, the orignal removable 'sieve' is lacking and a later pierced panel has been added rather clumsily. Some surface dents, still a usable item.
Natural pearl necklace with a string of 76 graduated natural saltwater pearls and eight cultured pearls, the pearls graduating from 7.1-7.2mm to 3.6mm, with a diamond clasp, the old cut cushion shape stone estimated to weigh approximately 0.70cts in closed-back silver collet setting on gold. Accompanied by a Pearl Report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory dated 23rd December 2022.The necklace is from a local private vendor who has owned the necklace for many years. We had the pearls examined and commissioned the report. The report states that the pearls are natural saltwater pearls with the exception of eight cultured pearls identified with a black dot (1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 15th from catch end, and 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 5th from the tongue end). The largest pearl measures approximately 7.1-7.2mm and graduate to 3.6mm. The length of the necklace is approximately 49cm. Weight of the item is 18.92 grams.

A WWII Home Front Zuckerman ARP/Fire Guard helmet. Original blue painted finish with leather liner. Marked '8/41 EC&Co' for 1941. Plus a No. 4 Mk 3 WWII gas mask and cannister (dated 1941) and its original haversack (dated 1942) and a deactivated WWII era German 'Stielnandgranate' stick grenade. Waffenamt marked to the wooden handle of 1943. 3 items. (Generally good condition to each item - normal service and age-related wear. The helmet has some very light surface rust.
A French Legion d’honneur Officers Cross.Silver cross with vitreous enamel decoration, plus a gold central tablet to each side.The item is stamped with a makers mark to the suspension ring (appears to be part of a standard diamond shaped silversmiths mark), and also a boars head mark to the body of the piece.Approximate size: 4.2cm across.Condition: generally good, with solid construction.Some small areas have enamel loss, particularly on the leaves of the wreath and the crown.
