A Third Reich Kriegsmarine Officer's Dagger, 25cm blade by E & F HORSTER SOLINGEN, etched with scrolling foliage, fouled anchors and dolphins, regulation brass hilt with spirally fluted celluloid grip, contained in its engraved brass scabbard, complete with knot. By descent this item was collected by Albert Peake R.N. during the raid on Narvick.

Two styles of Perun axe amulets are known; style I resembles a battle axe with a knob-like protrusion at one end. Type II (of which this is an example) show a symmetrically shaped broad blade with two horn-like protrusions diametrically opposite on the upper and lower side. Rugby Shirt of New Zealand All Blacks Legend Jonah Lomu, the red Adidas jersey was produced for The Nobok Challenge between Martin Jonson’s XI and Jonah Lomu’s XI at Twickenham on 4th June 2005. Shirt comes with the official programme for the match. Vendor purchased the item along with a number of other personality items from the same match.

The functions of the watch are not setting. The watch looks as though it has been in store for a long time and will require a service. The dial as fox marks over all of the surface of the dial commensurate with age. The case has scratches where the watch has attempted to be opened and the gold aspect which is the outer bezel, lugs and crown wheel have the usual marks of wear. There is a serial number scratched on the outside of the back cover reading 3059. The strap is an older brown leather item which has a 9ct gold omega buckle. Charterhouse does not guarantee the working condition of any watches or clocks.

Framed and glazed. The registration number on the Bentley is UU6721 NOT UU8721. Report by MW The picture is an original work of art, signed by the artist. The term 'canvas laid down' means that the canvas is laid on to either a hard board or wooden structure. The picture comes from the estate of the late Wing Commander Peter Henley. It is generally in good condition, and the item is framed and glazed.

Pierced for suspension loop, very fine. A fascinating association item to the family of Diana, Princess of wales, who was the daughter of the 8th Earl Spencer.
WORLD COMMEMORATIVE MEDALS, Medals by Subject, Education, Cornwall, Royal Cornwall Polytechnic, instituted 1833, Silver Watt Medal, by W Wyon, 1835, bust of Watt left, rev legend in wreath, 45.5mm, named on edge, “Davies Gilbert Vice Patron”. Nearly extremely fine, an important association item. Davies Gilbert (born Davies Giddy, 1767-1839), engineer, author, and politician, President of the Royal Society (1827-1830). He served Cornwall as High Sheriff and MP for Helston, then Bodmin. It was Gilbert who obtained William IV’s Royal Patronage in 1835, no doubt the reason he received the medal which shows the Society’s name with the Royal prefix.
