Further to this, a similar example, which is also likened to pieces by Robert Adam, can be found in C Claxton-Stephens & S Whittington, '18th Century English Furniture: The Norman Adams Collection', p.428.Condition report: Flaking to the mirror plate, some repairs to the base fronts, some knocks and losses to the frame. Backboards appear original, with old perished tape.
