Features an illustration by E V Colyer of one of the Corporation's 3' 6"-gauge tramcars on reserved track in a country setting. Measures 14.5" x 20" (37cm x 51cm), has been folded and has a few foxing spots, edge-scuffs and small punch-hole at top left. A highly unusual item and amazing survivor. [1]

Features some splendid advertising engravings at the top for Saxby & Farmer signalling equipment including the massive gantry on the GER Bow to Stratford Widening and LBSCR Brighton Terminus levers 1861 and 1894. An unusual item. Framed and glazed, measures 21" x 31" (54cm x 79cm) overall. In very good condition, a little age-darkened. [1]

Das Innenfeld zeigt auf altrotem Grund ein getrepptes Medaillon mit entsprechenden Eckfüllungen, die jeweils gemustert sind mit einem archaisch abstrahierten Rankwerk. Ausserdem ist das gesamte Innenfeld mit einem unendlichen Herati-Rapportmuster überzogen. Die fraisefarbene Hauptbordüre zeigt abstrahiertes Blütenrankwerk und arabeske Palmettenformen. Umlaufend nachgebessert. An einem Ende am Rand abgelaufen. Dennoch dem Alter entsprechend gut erhaltenes Sammlerstück. Erworben1983 in Stuttgart zum Kaufpreis von umgerechnet 6775 €. KEIN VERSAND IN DIE USA|Oriental carpet. BIDJAR old/PERSIA, early 20th century. 154x105 cm. The field shows a stepped medallion with corresponding corner fillings on an old red ground, each patterned with an archaic, abstract foliage pattern. In addition, the entire inner field is covered with an infinite Herati repeat pattern. The fraise-coloured main border shows abstract floral scrollwork and arabesque palmette forms. Repaired all round. Worn at one end on the edge. Nevertheless, a collector's item in good condition for its age. Acquired in Stuttgart in 1983 for the equivalent of €6775. NO SHIPPING TO THE USA

The sand-coloured field shows an ascending, sweeping tree of life motif. The branches are lavishly decorated with blossoms and also depict several birds of paradise. The rust-coloured main border is patterned with a floral wave design. A fine collector's item. Refurbished in the area of the fringes and edges. Little worn and damaged in keeping with its age.
