A 19th century French ormolu mantle clock, with Japy Freres two train striking movement, complete with pendulum. Height 36 cm, width 42 cm, depth 14 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The movement winds on both trains and appears to be ticking away and striking when manually advanced. The dial is in generally good order but does have hairline fractures between numerals I and II. We have the pendulum and a key. The clock case is in generally good order retaining much of the original gilding. There is some discolouration and some loss to the gilding in areas. The porcelain panel is undamaged.
Claude Harrison (1922-2009), Dull Dog, signed lower left, dated '99, inscribed verso with artists name and date Dec 99. The Contemporary Gallery Eton label verso, oil on panel. 29 x 29 cm, sold with Gallery catalogue. ARR CONDITION REPORT: This painting is in good condition with gallery label verso accompanied by gallery catalogue. There is some wear to the frame to the edges and corners which is visible on inspection.
A Chinese Chippendale style side chair, 20th century with lacquered panel to back, loose cushion and cane seat raised on moulded blind fretwork legs. Height 99 cm, width across seat 53 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The chair is structurally sound with no loose joints. It is in generally good condition and of good colour. The front top edge of the arched back is rubbed and bruised with small losses to the polish and timber. It is slightly rough to touch. The back is in good order as are the stiles. The bergere seat beneath the cushion is in good condition. All fretwork corner spandrels are present. The legs are all in good order as are the stretchers. The only real blemish is to the front edge of the top rail as stated.
A 19th century mahogany eight day longcase clock, having painted arched moonphase dial, signed Telford Wigton. 222 cm high. CONDITION REPORT: : The movement winds on both trains. We have both weights, the key and pendulum. When weight is applied to the going train the movement appears to tick away. When weight is applied to the strike train the movement does strike when manually advanced. The moon phase appears to operate when manually advanced also. The swans neck pediment is damaged above the centre arch and there are some minor sections of edge boxwood stringing around the hood extremities. The door closed flush and is not warped. The painted dial is in generally good condition with only minor rubbing and slight fading to the moon phase. The trunk door is slightly warped. The lock is present but loose. There are minor losses to the door around both hinges and the top left-hand corner. The sides of the trunk are in generally good condition. The front base panel has stress fractures. The front bottom sections of each bracket are later replacements. We can see no evidence of any woodworm.

ARR CONDITION REPORT: This painting is in good condition with gallery label verso and sold with gallery catalogue. There is some wear and discolouration to the frame, this is evident on close inspection.
