A Gilt Metal and Porcelain Mounted Striking Mantel Clock, circa 1880, caddied pediment with urn finials, caddy with a painted porcelain panel depicting a lake scene, claw feet, porcelain dial with Roman numerals, centre painted scene depicting a Oriental gentleman holding fans, twin barrel movement striking on a bell, raised upon a gilt decorated wooden base, 48cm high 07.12.20 Gilt surfaces are discoloured, back door silk is worn, feet are slightly loose, wooden base is worn, dial surface with decoration slightly worn in parts, dial with small scratches and minor chips around winding holes, movement is complete, with original pendulum.
An Oak Thirty Hour Longcase Clock, signed Robt Thornton, late 18th century and later, swan neck pediment, wavy shaped trunk door flanked by inset fluted pilasters, matching plinth, 12-inch arch brass dial, dial centre signed and with engraved scroll decoration, date aperture, four pillar movement with an anchor escapement and striking on a bell, later case, 222cm high 07.12.20 Later case with slight fading in parts, hood with cracks and small dents in parts, plinth with small crack to the corner of the panel, dial is discoloured, later minute hand, later seatboard and later side cheeks, movement needs cleaning, with pendulum and weight.

A Joined Oak Child's Chair, the nulled and scrolled top rail above a flower carved and crescent shape back support above a boarded seat and turned supports, 35cm by 33cm by 70cm See illustration. Typical old decay around legs. Boarded seat is old, but probably later, with various splits with the nails protruding slightly. Carved back support slightly misshapen with a gap between the panel and the upright. Front right hand grip with thumb size section of timber missing (old). General losses to the turned feet consistent with age. 040220
A 17th Century Joined Oak Armchair, bearing date 1665, the back support with moulded panel above a nailed and boarded seat, on gun barrel turned forelegs joined by a peripheral stretcher (repairs), 60cm by 53cm by 106cmstructurally - movement in joints. The back support patch repair, (see image) moulded back panel split/repaired with further decay at base bordered seat, which is original natural large splits. A Pair of Victorian Mahogany Four Door Glazed Mahogany Dwarf Bookcases, 3rd quarter 19th century and adapted, the associated black marble tops above four moulded glazed doors enclosing velvet lined adjustable shelves, on plinth bases, the bookcases 250cm by 29cm by 86cm, the marble 276cm and 268.5cm long respectively Provenance: By repute ex Swinton ParkThe bookcase with the larger marble top the marble is heavily scratched with various ring marks and fritting generally condition of the base is reasonable velvet lined shelves, some fading general scuffs mainly around the base, the left hand side panel is unfinished. However, the two bookcases would push it together. Bookcase with small smaller marble top. This marble top has been cut as the edge is not straight. Various chips to the top which is heavily scratched with some discolouration. The base of the bookcase is rather faded and dry, small section of timber missing above left door. Numerous scuffs around the base. Again, fabric interior rather faded

A George II Silver-Mounted Moss Agate and Mother-of-Pearl Snuff-Box, Apparently Unmarked, Probably Circa 1720, oblong and with canted corners, the hinged cover set with a moss agate panel within a border of engraved liners, the base set with a mother-of-pearl panel, 7cm wide. Apparently unmarked. There are some overall surface scratches and wear, consistent with age and use. There are some bruises to the base and some areas of loss the silver where it has been folded over to hold the mother-of-pearl panel in place. Gross weight 94gr.
A George V Silver Dish, by Manoah Rhodes and Sons Ltd., Sheffield, 1922, quatrefoil shaped and with pierced border, on four panel feet, 20cm diameter, 11oz 10dwt, 358gr. Fully marked near rim. The marks are clear. Further stamped 'Manoah Rhodes and Sons Ltd Bradford'. There are some minor surface scratches and wear, consistent with age and use.
A French Empire Silver-Gilt Double Salt-Cellar, Maker's Mark PB, Paris, 1803-1809, each circular support on three panel feet, cast with foliage, with overhead baluster handle, cast with foliage and with a snake loop handle, with blue glass liners, 16.5cm wide, weight of silver 6oz 16dwt . Marked on outside and inside each ring. Further marked one leg on each side. The marks are generally clear. There is some minor surface scratching and wear. There has been a repair to where the frame attaches to the legs. The gilding is perhaps later. Some minor scratching to glass liners.
A Chinese Wucai Porcelain Jar and Matched Cover, in 17th century style, painted with bands of scrolling foliage within panel borders, 21cm wide, with hardwood stand. The main body of the jar has been broken into many pieces and restuck with some sections of filling. The cover has a metal pin repair to the finial and a metal mounted rim probably covering some small chips. The wooden base has damage to two legs and a section of the apron.
A Chinese Porcelain Plate, Qianlong, of octagonal form, painted in famille rose enamels with a river landscape within a gilt and enamel border of insects and scrolls, 22cm diameter; Two Similar Plates, painted with geese amongst foliage within lattice borders, 22cm diameter; A Similar Plate, with a cockerel amongst rockwork and foliage, 22cm diameter; and A Similar Plate, with foliage within a panel border, 21.5cm diameter (5). Some fritting and minor rim chips to all. No restoration. One of the geese plates with hair cracking inside the well.

Flat chip re glued to the rim. Stable crack to the main body in the decorated panel. No restoration. Wooden base with cracks.

A Chinese ebonised wooden handing ceiling lantern with six etched glass panels depicting bamboo and peonies, within pierced carved frames and with dragon head detail, height 64cm. CONDITION REPORT One panel is loose and held in with masking tape, there are previous signs of repair to the dragon heads. Some carving is missing from the bottom frieze.
