Two pairs of Chinese carved and pierced hardwood window shutters probably early 20th century, the first, larger pair each with seven panels, the upper pair of panels with two bats and a longevity symbol, over a pair of large panels with birds and goats in woodland landscapes, flanked by vases of flowers and with bat spandrels, above a pair of smaller panels with fan shaped landscape reserves and a single lower panel with a central shaped reserve with a gazebo in a wooded landscape, within a border of keywork with birds, fruit, a bat, leaves and flowers, 57¼ x 33in. (145.5 x 84cm.); the smaller shutters with eleven small panels carved with horses, bats, longevity symbols and precious objects around a small window, the large panel beneath with an unfurled scroll depicting a pagoda in a wooded landscape, flanked by smaller reserves with a horse and goat, all on a keywork ground, 46 x 32¾in. (117 x 83.2cm.). (4)* Provenance: These shutters were removed from the vendor's parents' property in Shanghai in the 1940s, when they fled the city during the war with Japan.

A collection of nine Chinese silver Bian Fang scroll-form hair ornaments Qing Dynasty, each repoussé decorated with flowers and leaves, one with a central panel chased with a bird, all but one (the smallest example) with impressed maker's marks, 3½in. to 6½in. (8.8cm. to 16.5cm.) long, 1 1/8in. to 2 5/8in. (2.8cm. to 6.7cm.) wide. (9)* Condition: In good condition overall, with no repairs and just a little creasing to the silver to four of the ornaments.
A Chinese silver snuff box c.1900, of octagonal form, the hinged lid with a panel decorated in relief with scholars in a garden, the sides with smaller panels with flowers, birds and a butterfly, signed to base, 6 x 4.8cm., weight 2.3 tr.oz.* Condition: In good condition, with just one tiny ding to the edge of the lid, and no other faults. The lid closes crisply.
A Chinese Sancai glazed stoneware hexagonal garden seat probably 19th century, with pierced panel sides, all-over mottled green, blue and white glazes, 18½in. (47cm.) high. a/f (top has been off and glued repair)* Condition: the whole top has been off and glue back together, chips to bottom corner edges.
A pair of George III cut glass mallet decanters with triple annulated neck rings, the bodies with panel cut shoulders over a prismatic cut band and comb basal cutting, ground pontil to base, star cut mushroom stoppers, 9in. (22.8cm.) high overall. (2)* Condition: A few tiny frits to prismatic cut bands and comb cutting. Expected scratching to bases. Good overall.
A good George III silver triple decanter stand William Kingdon, London 1812, of boat form with gadrooned, shell and foliate borders and handles, engraved armorial to both sides, possibly for the Coote family of Ireland, the three decanter rings on foliate paw monopodia supports, raised on four winged paw feet, with a set of three Georgian cut glass pint size cylinder decanters, with two diamond cut neck rings, panel cut shoulders and printie, comb and strawberry diamond cut bodies, on a circular foot, 18in. (45.75cm.) long, silver weight 58.55 tr.oz.* Condition: Good condition - clear marks, no repairs or damage. Slight softening to engraved armorials from cleaning. Decanters good overall. One has a ground chip to the stopper plug.
A pair of Georgian diamond, panel & comb cut glass mallet decanters two banded neck, the body with panel cut shoulder and comb cut base, ground pontil, diamond mushroom stopper, 10¼in. (26cm.) high, together with a blown glass Georgian decanter wuth sunburst stopper. (3)* Condition: one tiny flea-bite nibble to inner stopper on blown version, no other chips or cracks found, good.
An antique Tibetan white metal, brass and copper Gau (portable shrine) probably 18th century, of box form with removable back, with trefoil shaped top and conforming repoussé reserve to the back panel, central window within a temple form frame to the front, surrounded by eight auspicious symbols, a seated Buddha and three reserves with animals and birds, on a background of leafy scrolls and flowers, each side with two slot handles, 8in. (20.25cm.) high.* Condition: Lovely patina throughout and appears to be very original. Several dents and dings to the edges of the copper back and sides. Polish residue to the front panel throughout. Good condition overall.
An Eastern embroidered silk and metal thread panel probably Indian, mid-20th century using earlier elements, the square panel with a design of various hexagonal, circular and bowtie shaped appliqués, within a border of triangular pennants with gold foliate designs, all on a later gold velvet ground, 25½ x 27in. (64.8 x 68.5cm.).* Condition: In good condition overall. A few of the appliques have a little damage to the edges. But they are good overall. The velvet panel is in VG condition.
An 18th century joined oak and fruitwood provincial chest of drawers possibly Channel Islands, the fruitwood top over two panel sides and two short and two long drawers, with original iron ring handles on split pins, raised on bracket feet, 34¼ x 21½in. (87 x 54.5cm.), 36½in. (92.75cm.) high.* Condition: Surface scratches to top, drawers have suffered damage to edges - middle long drawer in particular, two sections replaced to stiles, handles appear to be original split pin.
A 19th century Aesthetic Movement inlaid honey oak wash stand the three panel tiled gallery with carved finials over a marble top above two short frieze drawers with turned wooden handles, raised on chamfered square supports terminating in carved block feet, united by two under tiers, 57¼ x 24in. (145.4 x 60.9cm.), 41¼in. (104.7cm.) high.
An 18th century six panel joined oak cupboard possibly Channel Islands, the (later) hollow moulded cornice over five panel sides and a pair of six panel doors, with original iron box lock and outside iron hinges, enclosing four shelves (one later), on stile feet, 46 x 22¾in. (117 x 57.75cm.), 68in. (172.75cm.) high.* Used as a tool cupboard in a Torteval home for many generations
A George II two piece floor standing red walnut corner cupboard the reel moulded cornice over a pair of two panel doors and a pair of single panel doors to the base, on gilt brass butterfly hinges, the green painted interior with serpentine shelves and three lower drawers to the top section, on shaped bracket feet, 43½ x 21¼in. (110.5 x 54cm.), 87in. (221cm.) high.
A pair of Victorian 17th century style carved oak and leather hall chairs the backs with a carved figural panel below an arched crest rail, flanked by barleytwist uprights, over a painted leather solid seat, on foliate carved and turned legs united by barleytwist and plain peripheral stretchers, on turned feet, 18in. (45.75cm.) wide, 43¼in. (110cm.) high. (2)
A fine Victorian amboyna, burr walnut, ebonised, parcel gilt and boxwood string inlaid side cabinet with shaped cresting above two arched panel doors with applied oval porcelain de Paris plaques and gilt mounted pilaster ornament, the base with one concealed drawer and shaped apron, on turned tapered legs with ebonised peg feet, conjoined by a shaped cross stretcher, 39 x 22½in. (99 x 57cm.), 70½in. (179cm.) high.
A 17th century joined oak court cupboard the three plank top with a plane frieze and twin finials over two carved cupboard doors flanking a fluted carved panel, opening to reveal storage space with a half depth shelf, the lower section with two panelled doors with original hinges and enclosing a single shelf, the cupboard having panelled sides, standing on stile feet, it has a good old repairs, charm and character consistent with age and use and the oak has aged to a rich dark colour, 48 x 21½in. (121.9 x 54.6cm.), 60in. (152.4cm.) high.
An early 18th century north European carved oak linen press the flared cornice over a foliate carved frieze with '1681' inscribed to centre, (thought to be a later addition), with two paneled cupboard doors opening to hanging space, the upper panel with biblical themed carvings over a foliate and scroll carved panel, flanked by canted and reeded corners to panel sides, the base with three short and two long faux drawers over two short drawers with rectangular brass drop handles, raised on bracket feet, 51½ x 23in. (130.8 x 58.4cm.), 73in. (185.4cm.) high.
Interesting and unusual silvered gothic carriage clock timepiece, the 2.25" hexagonal chapter ring enclosing a foliate pierced centre over a relief panel depicting a religious scene with a seated angel and lady praying, the sides cast with twelve roundels depicting figures representing the agricultural months, the back with locking hinge door opening to reveal the movement with platform escapement, over a relief panel with figures seated by a gothic pedestal, surmounted by a pierced top section with hinged handle formed with griffins, 7.5" high *This clock is probably by Alexis Falize and is stamped to the base AF within a lozenge and inscribed Depose. A Elizabeth II silver mounted ships decanter C J Vander Ltd., London 1966, the prismatic cut body over panel basal cutting, star cut base and mushroom stopper, 9¼in. (23.5cm.) high; together with a Webb Corbett cut glass decanter, of Indian club form. (2)* Condition: Both in good condition. The maker's mark on the ship's decanter is rubbed, but remains legible. A few tiny frits to base of stopper and the socket inside the decanter neck.

Terrahawks - Battlehawk replica model made by David Sissions in the 1980's similar to those used in the production of Terrahawks, the 1980s British science fiction television series produced by Thunderbirds creator Gerry Anderson in conjunction with Christopher Burr. It is constructed from fibreglass and features a silver and orange paint finish with detailed panel lines and weathering, approx. 52 cm long. No copyright is assigned with this item.
