18TH & 19TH CENTURY CABINET PLATES - 12 items to include two hand painted floral panel square plates, green ground with abundant gilt decoration, 26cms across, William Ridgway dessert plate, fruit and floral decorated with a green and gilt highlighted border, 22.5cms diameter, Ridgway's dessert plates, a pair, with floral borders in relief and central printed panels of animals, 20cm diameters, unmarked pair of plates depicting lake scenes with gilt decorated borders and rose cameos on a turquoise ground, 22.5cms diameter, 2 x Chelsea 'Gold Anchor' period plates, both having lobed edging and enamel decorations, one depicting fruit and vines, the other having birds, butterflies and flowers, both have 'Gold Anchor' mark, 23cm diameters, along with 2 x Coalport John Rose & Co porcelain plates and one other with unknown mark, all having panels of hand painted flowers with raised pattern borders, 25.5 and 24.5cm diameters respectively

The board appears in good condition with no obvious faults, the frame has solid joints and is in generally good condition. Robert Richfield (American b.1947-Present) A multi-panelled photographic composition, derelict brick built building, framed under Perspex panel 28.5cm x 82.5cm overall *** Robert Richfield (b. 1947 Covington KY) was raised in Cincinnati OH. Taking interest in photography as a teenager he left the Midwest in 1965 to attend the Rhode Island School of Design. There he received a BFA in 1969 followed by a MFA in 1972. While matriculated at RISD the young photographer studied with and was profoundly influenced by Harry Callahan and Aaron Siskind. Richfield established a strong friendship with Siskind working as his printer and personal assistant in Providence RI from 1980-84. Accompanying Siskind on photographic trips to Morocco Brazil and Mexico he grasped and internalized the itinerant role of the professional photographer. Richfield has continued to travel extensively throughout his career frequenting the United Kingdom Continental Europe and Mexico.
