Coleman, painted with a central rectangular panel in naturalistic colours with an auburn-haired naked young girl dancing on a terrace with diaphanous veils, beside a decorated urn from which issues branches with blossom, reserved against other flowering branches against deep blue, 39 cm diam., signed on the front 'W.S. Coleman', impressed 'Minton' on the reverse, and painted retail mark for T. Goode & Co., London (restored on edge)

Ellis, in naturalistic colours with a central panel of a goat in a rural setting encircled with highly stylised white flowers and foliage in various tones of green against a vivid ruby-coloured ground, 42.5cm. diam., impressed 'Minton', date code for 1870 and signed by artist on reverse.
'The Four Seasons' An unusual Arts and Crafts carved wooden box, by Kate M. Eadie, of square shape, and carved on each face with a panel emblematic of the four seasons and showing a young woman sitting on a bench with arched panels above and flanked by attributes associated with that season, the pyramidal hinged cover carved with emblems for Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, 15cm. high.
