A Japanese Meiji period gold lacquer casket, decorated with a landscape, 13cm, a Chinese hardwood toilet box with internal mirrors, an early 20th century European white metal mounted walnut cigarette box and a small Chinese hardwood standCONDITION: - lacquer box - a little matted and dirty with chipping to the top left corner and small breaks to the corners of the lid, base of the box worn and matted with chipping to two of the lower corners, apparently unsigned, 13 x 10 x 6cm- Chinese hardwood box - lid lifts up to reveal an attached mirror, a further loose mirror below and a compartment base, fitted with a separate base drawer, slightly crudely made and a little worn and dirty, one back hinge is loose, 20 x 15 x 11cm- cigarette box - rather dark and dirty with the metal mounts oxidised, a white burn or stain to the left side and some fine cracks running through the timbers, needlework panel inset to the top faded and dirty, inside has distressed silver foiling and a compartment for matches, no key present, 18 x 11 x 7.5cm- small Chinese hardwood stand - looks to be made to hold three items or a three legged bowl?, a little scuffed and dirty, the top broken away and re-stuck, diameter 6cm height 3.5cm
An early 20th century French gilt metal and porcelain eight day mantel clock, the arabic dial signed Aitchison, over a panel decorated with two cherubs, movement stamped Made in France, height 37cmCONDITION: Some rubbing to the case which has a matted gilt finish, cracks running through the dial near 2 and 8 o'clock, main porcelain plaque has one small chip in the lower left corner, one small hole drilled through the base of the back of the case, movement in good going condition but not tested for timekeeping, comes with pendulum but no key.
BLACK FOREST MANTEL CUCKOO CLOCK, of 'Chalet' form, with applied Roman numerals and bone hands, stained oak case, 54cms high Condition Report: side doors of cuckoo door missing, numeral X chipped, roof apex finial broken.The clock is not currently running, if you swing the pendulum most of the wheels and cogs inside move.The bellows when moved make the cuckoo noise and they both look good, no rips or tears.It looks like the cuckoo itself has come away from the mechanism, there is a wire that looks like it should be connected to the bird probably why it is not moving.The key is missing. The door to the bird is also missing.Most of the fret work on the outside looks good, two places have damage (see photographs) and the broken pieces are missing.One side panel is also missing.
LATE VICTORIAN CARVED MAHOGANY DISPLAY CABINET, arched back, bevel glass fitted door and sides, fluted angles, platform stretcher, 68 x 43 x 176cms Condition Report: split to left side moulding.The glass is very thick, it appears to be original.There is a small split to the left side moulding.No worm.The door opens and closes well.Unsure if the back has been replaced, there are modern screws holding the panel on.

A GEORGE III SPINET BY BROADWOOD OF LONDON, in a Mahogany case with satinwood stringing, with a satinwood panel above the keys inlaid 'John Broadwood and Son London 1797, Great Poultney Street, Golden Square', with five and a half octaves. The stand with decorative brass mounts, on square tapering legs and brass castors, with an undershelf, 86cm high, 163cm wide.
A TUNBRIDGE WARE BOX AND SIMILAR CRIBBAGE BOARDS ETC. the rosewood box of rectangular form, the top decorated with a central panel of a butterfly flanked by further geometric panels, all within geometric borders, 7.5cm high, 24cm wide, a similar box with cribbage board lid, a Tunbridge ware cribbage board 23cm, another rosewood and ivory board and other similar items. A LATE 17TH CENTURY WEST COUNTRY OAK COFFER, with a three panel lid with pin hinges, the front with a deep top frieze carved with stylised tulip and foliate decoration against a textured ground with punched decoration, and three panels carved with plant-like motifs within circles, divided by decorated uprights, with traces of original dark staining to backgrounds, 61cm high, 124cm wide. An email to the vendor from Nick Humphrey and the Victoria and Albert museum suggests a West Country origin for this chest.

A rare vintage 1980's Corgi Toys made TV related diecast model No. 292 ' Starsky & Hutch Ford Torino ,' set. Remarkable mint+ condition. The model and accompanying figures have never been removed from the box, and survives in 'as new' condition. The outer box appears in good condition, with only minor veining to the lower rear panel and scuffs to the front. The plastic having very light crumpling, but with no splits. The rear flap remains unfolded. Classic TV tie-in model, in remarkable condition.
