All bar one of the crests have been cut from the sides of scrap buses and mounted on wood, most with details of the donor bus on the reverse. Includes Blackpool, Darlington, Kingston-upon-Hull, Derby, Ipswich, Chester, Portsmouth, Chesterfield and Burnley, Colne & Nelson. Made to a high standard and in very good condition. [10]

Pair (one complete, one section) of 1960s London Transport DESTINATION BLINDS for RTs: the first from Holloway (J) garage dated 13.3.62 (Ren 4.64 & 3.65) and coded 'S' for the side or rear box, the second a 2-panel section from an 'S' blind at West Ham (WH) garage dated 24.9.63 (Ren 2.65). The first is a complete, linen blind, Aldenham-manufactured, well-used at the top end but overall still good. The WH section is in good, ex-use condition. [2]

Pair of c1944 WW2 PANEL POSTERS London's Transport No 1 and No 2 "For Victory". The first is titled '10,000,000 passengers a day' with a colour picture of buses loading in the Strand and the second is '35,000 Passengers in 15 minutes' with a colour picture of a tube platform scene, probably Oxford Circus. These would have been produced for public morale purposes after 5 years of war. They measure 19" x 15" (49cm x 38cm) and are generally in very good condition with small edge nicks and scuffs. [2]

The first line of the top panel and the top leader panel are missing, otherwise the blind is in very good, ex-use condition. [1]

No signs of restoration. The base of one of the handles is missing and the same vase has some hairline cracks around the rim and top of neck. Both have some gilt loss and general wear commensurate with age.
