Five Victorian stained glass panels, including one decorated with a bird to the centre, largest 99cm x 42cm CONDITION REPORT: Smallest panel 39cm x 38cm - poor conditionBird panel 43cm x 38.5cm - lead poor to one corner but glass appears ok.Panel with fifteen floral green squares - two of the outer glass segments crackedThe framed panel is 76cm x 31cm (not including the frame) - two of the outer red and two of the outer white segments are cracked. A rare and fine late 18th century Chinese export hand painted silk bed hanging, the florally decorated ivory tabby painted in a poly chrome palette depicting floral sprays of peonies, tulips, blossoms and further flowers, made up of six sections, the longest, pelmet section 295cm W x 33cm H, the headboard section, being split into three parts, the largest 154cm W x 70cm H (the top of this section has been cut when it has been framed), the smaller side sections which have been cut measure, both 36cm W x 74cm H, with two further hand painted silk sections, both 37cm W x 74cm H CONDITION REPORT: All of the panels have quite entensive wear to the green sections and are splitting, the paint on all of the silk panels shows fold lines from the piece being rolled previously so is starting to crack, the bottom edge of the longest panel looks to have been cut and is fraying, the wider middle panel has had the top and bottom sections cut when it has previously been mounted, the mounting has left small holes around the edge of this panel (see images), the end sections of this panel have been cut off with the edges fraying, the two further panels showing paint wear, all of the silk panels are grubby and show some signs of staining, please see images for further information, all of the pieces mentioned are individually photographed

A modern Chinese burr wood low cabinet, with four drawers and two cupboard doors, 64cm H x 59cm W x 36cm D CONDITION REPORT: There is some sun fading to the back right corner of the top and right hand side panel. Some of the metal mounts are slightly knocked and there are some light knocks / scratches through use. Overall fair. PLEASE NOTE: the width size was initially wrong.

An early 19th century and later oak low boy with three drawers and shaped apron, on tapered legs and pad feet, 68cm H x 68 cm W x 41cm D CONDITION REPORT: The handles are not original and there are some timbers to the underside of the carcass which are not original. The top is formed of two pieces of wood and the join is open with both sections being a little loose. The back panel of the top has an old crack to the right hand side. Despite faults overall appearance fair.
