Legs and edges generally a little knocked. Rear upturned section at the top bent forward slightly.
A Viennese enamel and gilt metal doll's house suite, comprising a three tier etagere, 8.5 cm high, a table, 5.5 cm high, two chairs, two carver chairs, and a two seater settee Condition report Report by GHThe enamel on the three tier etagere is chipped on four or five of the edges on a couple of levels and also scratched. One of the legs of the table is quite badly bent inwards and the table is heavily scratched on the top. One of the legs of the settee is also slightly misshapen. The chairs generally appear good. The enamel panel which sits on the top of the table is separate and has some small damages around the edges.

Doors and tabletop generally warped. Mirror sections all intact. Damages to porcelain panels on the right hand leg, notably a large chip to the front panel and a crack to right hand panel. Various pieces of beading missing down towards the bottom and around the legs and generally chipped, worn and scratches to the veneer and feet. Some loose pieces around the bottom. Overall with some light sun fading. Generally presents well.

Area of loss to rear left hand side. Moulding missing either side of where the glazed section meets the base. Some splits to back boards. Shelves generally good and fit and adjust as they should. Various cracks to veneer and one of the rose central pieces on the bar glazed doors is missing. General scratches, veneer losses and wear and tear to base and the doors catch on the drawers.

Broken handle and associated parts present. Several areas of damage to cock beading and some repaired sections. Also some veneer repairs on the frieze and between the drawers. Legs quite possibly reinforced and/or replaced at some point. Varying amounts of sun fading and water damage in various places. Handles appear to be original as there are no plugged holes visible from the back. Locks possibly replaced. Missing section on backboards of around 2 inches wide. Various other chips, scratches, dents, small repairs and restorations, age related wear and small damages. Little or no obvious woodworm damage. Overall in a very much saleroom fresh condition.

A CHINESE CARVED AND LACQUERED HARDWOOD TABLE SCREEN, the stand carved in low relief with archaic motifs and scrolls. the main panel on one side with a child holding a ruyi sceptre riding on the back of an elephant (bats to each angle), the other with blossoming prunus and peonies near rocks and fungus, in lapis lazuli, turquoise, coral, stained ivory and mother-of-pearl, 21.5cm high x 18.5cm wide Condition report Stand - good condition with no losses or cracks. Panel - elephant side - painted sky background is cracked horizontally in numerous places. inlay apparently all present. Prunus side - scratching/scuffs but mainly all present
A PAIR OF CHINESE OCTAGONAL PANELLED BLUE AND WHITE VASES each panel painted with a different flowering shrub inhabited by birds and insects, leaves. fruit and flowers to the shoulders, short everted necks, the covers with lotus petal bulbous knops, Kangxi, c. 1700, 52cm and 53cm high. See illustration. Condition report Vase 1: small glaze faults, otherwise in good condition, cover with minor firing faults on rim. Vase 2: good overall condition, cover with two large chunks missing but pieces retained- will restore well.
A late 19th century Vienna porcelain cabinet plate centred with a circular panel of a bearded gentleman lighting a pipe within a gilt heightened blue ground border, the reverse inscribed 'Raucher' and with blue printed beehive mark, diameter 24.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: Very minor rubbing to the gilding, free from chips, cracks and restoration, some pitting to the glaze at the back of the plate in manufacture.

A 19th century Chinese Canton Famille Rose bowl centred with a group of figures and a horse in landscape within a bird, butterfly and floral decorated panel to both interior and exterior, unmarked, diameter 29.5cm (af). CONDITION REPORT: There is a small repaired chip approx 9mm x 6mm to the rim spurring a 5cm very fine hairline crack, there is also an outer sliver rim chip measuring 13mm x 4mm, however, the bowl still rings true, minor rubbing to the gilding and minor surface scratches.
Unusual Victorian Special pattern Cavalry Officers' undress sword of IX Queens Royal Lancers, with honeysuckle basket guard with engraved crowned Regimental badge in panel with crossed lances, wire bound fish skin grip, fullered blade signed 'Brown & Son, Hanover Square' - retaining most original polish, etched with 7th Hussars Regimental badge, battle honours and crest with J. B. initials, crowned VR and VII Hussars and floral scrolls, in steel scabbard.
