CONDITION REPORT There are a few chips to the black lacquered border with further scuffs, scrapes and losses to the finish mostly on the folded areas around the hinges and outer extremities of the panel, overall visually very appealing

An early 20th Century antique Chinese tortoise shell and mother of pearl belt buckle together with a Chinese white metal and cinnabar brooch. The belt buckle having a scalloped rim with inlaid floral mother of pearl decoration. The brooch having scrolled wire work detailing and carved red cinnabar panel to the centre. Both unmarked, belt measures 6.5cm wide, brooch measures 5cm wide.
A vintage gold and abalone shell earrings and pendant jewellery suite. The lot to include a pendant necklace with abalone shell panel drop and a pair of matching earrings. Chain marked 9k. Tests to earrings and pendant indicate 9ct gold. Earrings measure 2.8cm. Chain measures 16 inches. Total weight 1.9g.
