A Victorian marble-topped figured walnut floor-standing press cupboard, the two arched panel doors open to reveal press slides, all supported on rounded corner plinth base, 91.5 x 122 x 44cm. CONDITION REPORT Age related wear, some small areas of lifting and cracks to the veneer, mainly on the doors, no warping of the doors, marble appears to be original.

A Morath Brothers mahogany fusee clock, the dial set with Roman numerals and marked 'Morath Bros Liverpool', diameter 38cm. CONDITION REPORT Please note that this lot is not suitable for our in-house postage service.The clock appears to run when wound, poor over-painting to the dial, craquelure evident, polish to the bezel not great.It has a pendulum and fusee, damage to the polish on the bezel, loose panel to the back.

CONDITION REPORT Age related wear, some slight lifting of the veneer to top of base, small areas, doors are not warped, some old very thin cracks to some areas of doors and some slight bubbling of veneer, locks appear to be original.Depth of lower shelves 53cmDepth of centre bookcase shelves 34cm.

CONDITION REPORT Some losses from the grapes and vine headdress and from the bunch on the ground.

A Georgian oak side table with single drawer, shaped frieze, turned legs and lower rectangular stretchers, width 82cm, depth 54cm & height 69cm.Condition: Possible repair to left side panel visible just under surface of top, some minor damage to rear left knop on turned leg, old scuffs, scratches and marks to top surface including nails and pegs surfacing, stretchers ok, no signs of worm, later handles, slight fading to top otherwise good colour and patination throughout.
