Benson - a copper and brass oil lamp, with integral inset reservoir, stamped marks to underside of one support, h.34cm The burner is most probably a replacement but is well-matched.Turned brass centre support is visibly off-centre (due to being dropped).Supports also slightly misshapen (probably for the same reason).Some surface tarnishing otherwise the copper is good.Burner with flattened area to outer edge approx. 5cm.Age wear throughout.

A novelty Carltonware Guinness advertising lamp, the tinted aluminium spherical shade titled 'Guinness is good for you' to central banding, the glazed ceramic base modelled as a sealion, further titled to front edge, printed backstamp verso, h.37.5cmNo plug attached so requires re-wiring.Globe shade in generally poor condition with several dents and bruises, general fading and age related weark it also sits off-centre.Ceramic base is complete, with fine to mid-level crazing towards base, some small areas of scuffs and general surface grubbiness.
