Base of column dated 31st October 1895.height 64cm (25")Condition report: Reservoir fits securely in the basket and is in good order with no visible cracks, plating is worn. Provenance: The contents of a Chelsea Mansion furnished by Nicky Haslam and Collette van den Thillart. Further information on the Dawsons website article hereCondition report: Both with minor signs of use with surface scrates/dents, light heatrings. No apparent losses/cracks/splits.Whilst the interior image shows a hiigher contrast in colour between the two, in natural light this is not as apparent (see additional photos). One with repair to veneer on inside base. Both structurally sound.
